    Our guide (Dagmar) was terrific and she weaved interesting stories of history and more into the descriptions of this wonderful city. Even though it was only an hour canal tour, it was packed with info and lots of sights. We were even given recommendations on where to eat (Kanalhuset) and that was fantastic.

    Tony was a wonderful guide! He worked with my friends to ensure they could take the tour after the ticket sales person said they were unable to buy tickets. He gave us a little time to go grab refreshments before the tour started!

    Our boat tour was excellent; the perfect introduction to Copenhagen. Tony was a great tour guide and very funny to boot; made an effort to remember people’s names and facts about them which gave it a personal touch. It was far more enjoyable than a mass tour-boat.

    A great way to spend ~hour on the canal. Learned so much about Copenhagen! Our tour guide was fantastic and answered any questions asked. The boat was comfortable and there were heated seats + blankets available for anyone that was cold. From start to finish, my wife and I had a wonderful experience

    We went on the Guided Canal Tour with Tony. The boat was comfortable and warm. Going on the smaller electric boat made the experience more intimate and we were able to nip around the canals and see areas we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Tony was a fantastic guide mixing history, facts and humour. Recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

    Contacted the vendor the day prior to move my booking. They didn’t reply until a day (conveniently) after my tour time/date telling me to contact viator. Bad customer service. They had my contact information and chose to wait until a day after the tour to reply.
