What To Expect

Begin your all-inclusive day at Mr. Sancho’s Beach Club any time after 8 am to suit your schedule, and spend up to nine hours taking full advantage of the beach amenities at our own pace. Bask in the reserved beachfront area or relax on a shaded hammock, swim, or explore by ocean kayak for as long as you’d like.

Between naps and dips, feast on the included all-you-can-eat buffets on the beach and in the two main palapas and enjoy bottomless drinks at the two pool bars. You can also browse the beach club shop for souvenirs or photos (own expense).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The place is laid out well. The adult pool was a blast. The beach was clean. The service Javier provided was excellent. Drinks kept coming, and the food, especially the Ceviche was great. Neverending Guacamole! Javier went above and beyond. Even asked if I wanted him to go pee for me :)

The beach was very nice, got a table right by the water. The service was mediocre, the water forgot to bring my beer on 3 different occasions. There was a big group that the waiter also had and he went above and beyond for them but lacked on our end. The chips and cheese sauce was a joke. The beef tacos were very bland. Expected the tacos to be very good and was disappointed. The ceviche was the only good part of food we had. Overall it was average because the place was very nice. Probably will not go back in the future and will try another option because there are more than a few in Cozumel

Great food with 4 available buffet areas. Several fresh water swimming pools, including one for children. Close to the beach with a reserved (shaded) table for the day. Unlimited drinks with an attentive waiter that was always available. Clean restrooms and no smoking except in a designated area. The pool near our table had a nice swim-up bar. Taxi ride was easy and cost $20 each way for 2 people (fixed price).

While the entire experience was wonderful, two things stick out the most for me. Staying out of the direct sun by sitting under the giant grape leaf tree by the pool bar… And then a 20 minute leg and foot massage. I did spend time down by the water at a table and the loungers. The food I ate was very good… The coconut shrimp… Then the most buttery flaky fish I’ve had in a long long time on top of a bed of your fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. Healthy and incredibly flavorful. And I highly recommend “The Mexican Powerade“ as a drink of choice! Vivid blue, it has rum, gin, vodka, curaçao and some carbonated water for just a touch of tickle.

Although the staff was great everything else failed in my book. I would not call it a beach very little sand Seaweed all over the place Food had no taste and was greasy My wife had a coke that was supposedly from a bottle but was flat. I would not go back again if I was in Cozumel

The staff were so sweet and accommodating. We did not experience any haggling for tips and no rudeness at all. They learned our names and checked on us frequently but not too much. Good and drinks were yummy.

The best thing was being with my daughter & friends. Martin, our server, was wonderful. "Johnny on the spot" with our drinks & food. My only complaint was that there were SO FEW lounge chairs that NONE OF US were able to sit by the water & sunbathe.
