Please refund the price of my tour - that never happened

I went at the original time (12:30 8/22) no one showed up at Wild Bill's. Got back to my hotel and checked my email and it said that it was rescheduled to 12:30 8/24 at Wild Bill's. Again I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. Both days, I paid 8.00 for parking. I am requesting that my purchase price be refunded to my credit card. Very unhappy customer, Nedra Roberson
Delicious and fun tour

The food was delicious and the tour guide made it fun and inviting! All the restaurants are close together so even though it was cold outside, we weren’t miserable because we didn’t have to walk far!
Dallas STYLE

The hostess, Erin! She was eventful & loves what she does within her community & state of Texas. The tacos were my fave. Although, food tour was absolutely delicious. I’m a-lil disappointed at the additional fees for tasting. Due to extremely, scorching temperatures. The distances between restaurant stops were well planned.
Great food

Lisa did a lovely job and we tried food we wouldn't have ordinarily tried and it was all fantastic! I would definitely do it again.
A unique tale of its own!

The group was that of Gemini's and I was able to sing Happy Birthday to them. Also some fun facts about the historic district and food. Tour guide was amazing 👏

Vegas Meets Dallas
Nancy_T, May 2023
My friend from Vegas was in town for the Dallas Stars playoff game. This was a great way to introduce him to Dallas. Our tour guide, Erin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurants and food choices really represented Dallas and were very tasty.
Nice but pricey and remember the extra cash day of.
Lauri_M, May 2023
Great food. Think a bit over priced. Paid 39.90 for reservation then had to pay $35 in cash day of (website said $ 30 but guide asked for $ 35) so $75 a person. I thought the cash day of was for my total reservation of 2, but no was per person. So 4 restaurants that’s over $17 for each stop’s sampling. While was great I’m not sure worth the price.

The you’re guide was wonderful. The food choices not so much. Well overpriced for only a couple samples.
Response from Host, Feb 2023
We are glad this guest thought the guide was wonderful. However, we are sad they thought the food was overpriced. We do not offer samples, each of our 4 stops is a full appetizer serving of food. The review seems to suggest there were only 2 stops. Most of our guest say that they are full at the end of the tour. This is also the least expensive food tour in the market. The price of food amounts to $30 per person. Which is about $6 at each stop plus tip.
Great tour with a fun guide
