    We meet IN FRONT of the lighted "Archer Tower" sign, at the corner of 9th and Sherman. NOTE: Restrooms are difficult to find, within tour route. Please make the necessary provisions, before you arrive. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Out of respect to all, please do not arrive intoxicated.

What To Expect

Your supernatural journey begins at the imposing Crawford Hill Mansion, where a ghostly butler is rumored to roam. Next, traverse Art Deco charm on Poets Row, offering a view of the Colorado State Capitol.

Continue your exploration at the Colburn Hotel, once a haven for Hollywood elites and eccentric poets, and witness the haunting facade of the Patterson Inn. Then, explore Pennborough's Victorian mansion, marvel at Capitol Hill Mansion Bed & Breakfast, and stop outside the Molly Brown House Museum, renowned for ghostly apparitions.

Next, head into Pennsylvania Street to unveil restless spirits behind historic mansions. Prepare for an intense Peabody-Whitehead Mansion experience, capturing ghostly orbs, and stop outside the colossal Sheedy Mansion, where the "Lady in Red" may glide up the main staircase.

  • There are no avaialble restrooms, along the tour route. Please make the necessary provisions, before coming on the tour.
  • We do not go into the mansions, as they are all privately owned; however, this does not prevent you from experiencing possible paranormal activity
  • This tour will operate, rain, snow, or shine. We do not give refunds or move reservations, due to weather conditions.
  • Do not show up to the tour inebriated or under the influence of a substance. You will be asked to leave, and you will not be issued a refund. Please be respectful of the other guests on the tour.
  • Some of the sidewalks are uneven. Please be aware of where you’re walking, especially when low lighting conditions exist.
  • Only cross the street at protected pedestrian traffic crossings. Never cross in the middle of the street.
  • Any photographs that are taken, could be used on social media, or in advertising.
  • This tour is rain or shine. We do not do refunds or move reservations, due to rain. Please bring an umbrella, if rain was in the forecast.
  • Other than service animals to ensure the safety of all of our guests, pets are not allowed on this tour.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We had an absolute blast on this tour! There was a good mix of history and ghost stories and the walk was very enjoyable. The best part of our tour was definitely our tour guide, Shelia! Her energy and excitement was simply contagious. We all agreed we would love to go on another tour with her as our guide because she was that good! Overall, 10/10 experience!

Fun ghost tour

Victor was a great host, very friendly and did a great job responding to everyone from young kids to adults. Very safety-conscious and made sure no one would trip or get hit by a car. And lots of fun information about ghosts and just the history of Denver in general. Definitely would recommend to any friends visiting Denver.

Our tour was so awesome! Victor was our tour guide and he had great energy (spooky energy) and had great photos to show us of apparitions showing up in other tours. The EMF detector was even spiking for 3 houses, the ghosts really like Victor apparently. Lots of spiritual energy and the homes are INSANE. Highly recommend twilight ghost tours and if you can I recommend Victor as your guide!

Sheila was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and energetic. The walk was easy to do and the stories kept us listening and her little jokes made us laugh. I especially loved seeing the pictures she showed us from past tours, so cool! We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Our tour guide Heather was amazing! She was very friendly, personable and knew much history of the city and the homes on the tour. The tour was an easy walk, through a downtown neighborhood, lasting about 90 mins+. Bonus-since your downtown, endless choices of restaurants, to cap off a nice walk. We would 100% do another tour with Heather.

Had such a great time with Victor on the twilight tour! I had limited time in Denver while I was traveling alone & this was a great way to enjoy the weather, learn some history, and also stay safe exploring the streets with a group. I learned a ton of cool history, heard some haunting stories, and captured some cool pictures! I even think I managed to capture Molly Brown’s husband!
