Overview

Get into the Qatari desert on this tour where you’ll visit the desert, coast, and the inland sea and try a bunch of activities, like camel riding, quad biking, and dune bashing. You’ll get collected from the airport, or your accommodation in Doha, and then be driven in your 4x4 and then taken to the start of the safari. Have a blast while your guide and driver take care of all the logistics for you.

Spend more time cruising on your quad bikes- around 30-40 minutes

ATVs are carried out by the service provider, so a passport must be brought in to sign the desert bike rental contract.
Some of the activities are potentially hazardous, you are required to understand and agreed to participate on your own risk before participating in those activities. Falcon Tours and its suppliers will use all their experiences and assistance to minimize the risk to you, however, Falcon tours is insured company. our insurance will cover travellers while they are in the car during travelling.
We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.
Quad biking is a self-driving activity to be taken at your own risk and the company’s insurance does not cover it.
Participants from 16-60 yrs of age are eligible to ride the ATVs.
We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes when participating in sandboarding activities.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

If we could give higher rating than 5 stars, we would!!!! It was a fun filled packed 4 hour tour worth every penny! Javid, our tour guide, was amazing from pre-pickup communication to the prompt on-time pickup to the entire day of knowledge sharing and fun to drop off! He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional! The tour itself was the perfect itinerary for us! Thanks so much for making our tour so memorable!!!

Fun Dessert Experience

It was a great tour. The quad bike was 30 minutes on multiple tracks where you could ride unassisted. The camel ride was just the right amount of time and the guides were happy to take pics. We even saw falcons. I got a little nauseous dune bashing but my guide Naveed was very helpful offering me more water and gum and a smoother return ride to get me back in shape. You must do this tour on your next Qatar trip.

We had a long layover in Doha and wanted to get out to see Qatar. This excursion is a great option for anyone in the same situation as us! Pickup from Hamad Airport is incredibly easy! The guide messaged us on Whatsapp in advance to let us know when and where he would pick us up. Even better, we realized after landing on our oddly timed flight (left US at 11AM and landed in Doha at 7AM local time) that we'd probably be better off going earlier so we could sleep in the airport that afternoon. We told him this after landing and he bumped up our time several hours earlier! The flexibility was amazing! The tour was great! The quad bikes in the sand dunes was awesome, driving down the sand dunes was super exhilarating and we also got to spend some time exploring around the Inland Sea. Only giving it four stars because the camel ride felt incredibly touristy, as expected, but the staff there were constantly trying to upsell you. They kept offering all these extras and at one point pretty much placed a falcon on my shoulder for a picture, then asked me to pay in local currency for it. Felt very Times Square-esque. Besides that though, it was great! Getting back through the airport is a breeze since most passenger traffic in Doha connects, it took literally all of 5 minutes to get from the curb back inside the terminal to the bear. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone with a 6+ hour layover in Doha!
