Great views of the big hotels on the palm. Only down side is that the music being played at an ear splitting volume. Completely unnecessary. Would be every bit as fun packed with the volume down or not at all. .

Worst ever. Struggling for refund of cancelled trip by their end

This trip was cancelled without any prior inform. By travelling 55 kms we reached to their office and got to know it's cancelled due to bad wheather. Now for last 4 days I have been struggling for refund and no one is answering the same. Meanwhile there is no information or mail been shared by Viator. Worst experience and I am going to fine a leave complain if in next 2 days I will not get my refund.

It was fun to spend some time out on the water and get a different perspective on these great landmarks. The boat is small and you're really squeezed in so I wouldn't say it's especially comfortable. It's quite fast with some quick, sharp turns also, so might not be for everyone. At each sight they play a recording about it, with some history and fun facts. There is no 'guide' on the boat. The scenery is fantastic and the sights we stopped at were great. We enjoyed it.

We loved our tour. Before we got to Dubai, communication via WhatsApp and through viator was excellent. So happy we canceled a regular boat tour for a speedboat tour which entertained all 8 of us 8-49 year olds! We got wet once so no need to worry about having extra clothes or shoes. The music on the boat was excellent and made the whole experience even better! We got to all the main points every other tour company goes to so if you’re looking for some excitement while seeing the sights, this is a good one! The staff took all our pictures and we have memories for a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Fun ride – I didn’t expect the boat to go this fast! They stop at Atlantis and Burj only- rest is passby. Evening, 5 PM tour also gives good views of the sunset and lights towards the end of tour.

To be brutally honest, it was a bit underwhelming. Boats cannot travel faster than 4 knots when leaving and returning to the marina. Information that wasn’t provided before the tour, nor on booking. I get the regulations, but when your return is less than 3 knots, and other boats are leaving much quicker, then it makes the whole tour a con, because it took longer than 30 mins to come back in. As for the speed part, it was a boat travelling fast on water, with a few crosses over the wash of other water vessels, and one 90° turn and stop, then nothing more. A tour of a private island belonging to the royal family (that you couldn’t go near) and the a slow speed around another marina, to sail underneath a departing biplane. Also worse was the same songs being played off of a mobile phone (the ding of a message interrupting the song), as well as the captain or 1st mate changing songs midway through as they’d already been played. They obviously noticed it, but did nothing! Could have been better value for money. Hopefully, clearer info for people will be given out at all points (ordering and the tour itself)
