This review is not about the aquarium itself but the customer service provided. I booked this trip on a date available on the website. This was for the Thursday 11/4, a few hours before the booking I receive a message saying that the aquarium is closed & I am assuming this was because of the flood that occurred at the time as it affected many things. They wanted to reschedule the trip but I was not able to because I was flying back home that evening. I requested for a refund as this was NOT my fault & the date should not have been made available if the aquarium was closed. I received the response that they will “check with their team” - when in fact it should be to process the refund as it is on their behalf. After a few days I messaged them to enquire about the refund and they have just been ignoring my messages. I proceeded to email viator, who got back to me saying “unfortunately they are unable to process a refund”. There was no reason given for this and this is absolutely ridiculous!!! I made a booking for 6 people which got cancelled on THEIR behalf - it is only right that you REFUND the customer as this is not their fault. I have emailed back and have not heard any response once again. This is seeming like a scam to me. Once they’ve taken your money don’t expect to receive it back for anything that occurs unexpectedly! DO NOT BOOK!
