HOTEL TRANSFER ( PICK UP) IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE OPTION SELECTED • If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to "At the Top, Burj Khalifa" ticket counter, located on the lower ground level in The Dubai Mall, opposite the food court. • Please note that the "At the Top, Burj Khalifa counter", Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are all part of the same complex. • Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Burj Khalifa. • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. • If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Burj Khalifa visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time. • The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal.   • Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
  • Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
  • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays
  • Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new time slot… a new time slot closest to your initially requested time subject to availability”

What a great experience a little bit of a queue to get in but nothing to worry about (weekends are worse) The views are breathtaking and it’s all done professionally. We opted for the luncheon at the roof top cafe it was wonderful food was lovely and well presented more a restaurant then cafe just the thing to make someone feel special (wife’s birthday)

Expensive experience but an unforgettably positive one also

The view from the top was incredible and the dinner was very good. However, the ticketing process was a nightmare trying to understand the difference between tickets and vouchers. And if not for the concierge from my hotel I would have had to wait in line for at least 20 mins.

Keep on walking with no support and never book this tour with this operator.

Even if they WhatsApp you the ticket you will have to wait in the line with a long queue. It took me an hour with my old parents which I messaged the operator, but they read my messages and never responded. After you get the physical ticket, wait in the long queue of security check, then wait to go to the upper floor. No one knows where dinner will be served and we are walking another 40 minutes inside the building. Finally reached the restaurant. The food was okay not great. But a whole lot better service than the organizer. Then we went to the 124th floor after eating and waiting again in the line. We met 2 more people who said the same thing, it was not worth it!

A great night out

After having read all the reviews we nearly cancelled this trip. So glad we didn’t. We only queued for about 10 minutes and made it to the top for sunset. Took some lovely photos. The dinner on the 3rd floor was great with amazing views overlooking the fountain show. A great experience

Very Disappointed on my Birthday!!!

Staff was very nice but was very disappointed with booking the 125th floor then told the restaurant is on the 3rd floor with literally no view. The food was also 3/10 not impressed with the entire experience… I ended up booking the Atmosphere restaurant for lunch the next day to fully enjoy the Burj Khalifa food experience…

Wow!!!!!! Seeing this amazing structure in real life is unbelievable and the views from up it are breathtaking!!! Queueing was a bit of a pain, but well worth it in the end!!! The 3-course meal at The Burj Club was unreal and the staff couldn’t do enough for you!!! A must-do trip!!!

Long lines to get in and out, almost 3 hours in lines..... False advertising about the lunch, The description shows you eating lunch on the 125th floor, when in fact we had lunch on the first floor.😡

Its was an overall fun experience and was definitely worth getting the dinner at the top restaurant the view and water show was great. The only drawback was the wait times to get into the tower going up to the top and coming down took over an hour

I didn't expect to get there an hour early, and still be in the queue for over 2hrs. When we eventually got to the top, there was no control. A lot of people had been allowed in such that it was hard to walk around or even admire the city through the windows.

Visit Burj Khalifa if you have enough free time

It took us more than an hour to wait for the elevator to go up Burj Khalifa and another one hour to line up to go down. There are only two elevators to bring the thousands of visitors up and down! They should solve the problem before selling their tickets.

The burj khalifa is the most iconic building for me in Dubai. This is the second time I’ve visited and it doesn’t disappoint the views are tremendous. I don’t like heights which is bizarre but it didn’t bother me going up to the 124th floor. The trip also included lunch at the Burj Club on the 5th floor which was excellent too

The restaurant. The food was good value for money. With the view. The experience to get to the too was TERRIBLE. No advise was made on the website to wear comfortable foot wear as A LOT of walking was involved.

This was nice but felt very pressed to purchase pictures before the viewing started . I didn’t like that but I did enjoy the dinner. I just wish that better instructions on what to expect and go would’ve been clearer. All in all a great experience a must see and do for everyone . I would advise to add the lunch or dinner option because it makes it more worthwhile .
