A complete waste of money

This was an awful experience , 2 hours queuing just to get to the lift so by the time got to the top pitch black out . Then another hour queuing to get down . Don’t bother

Visiting the Burj Khalifa was a long awaited dream come thru for me and my spouse. It was very nice. The wait time wasnt too bad for a non-peak hour ticket. The view from floors 124 and 125 are so nice. We enjoyed it.

Were it not for the long lines and waiting times, it would be an unforgettable experience. Nevertheless, the view from this gem of an architectural and civil engineering viewpoint is worth the trek.

We had a timed reservation, booked months before, and we also showed much earlier than our reservation time. Apparently the timed reservation meant nothing, because we were in the same line as everyone who just walked up. We waited in an extremely long line for hours and hours. It was hot and uncomfortable, there was nowhere for older people or young children to sit, people were shoving against us, pushing up against my teen daughter and stepping on my younger children. Over 30 people cut in line and no one did anything about it. My purse did not come through the x-ray machine and when I asked staff for help they ignored me, meanwhile my younger children were pushed on ahead in the mass of people. The observation deck was packed with people and also a bunch of merchandise, to the point where you could barely get to a window to see out at all. One of the staff members up there actively pushed me out of her way with two hands. It was not accidental and there was no apology. There was very very limited toilet access for so many people, and then toilet we were able to get to was completely soaked in urine, not just the seat, but the sides of the toilet and the floor, it was disgusting. This is a very expensive experience for a group of six, took hours longer than it should have, and was extremely unpleasant, the most unpleasant experience of our 10 day vacation. I do not recommend and would never do it again without major changes in the operation.

The view was spectacular!! I Highly recommend it. My 7 year old enjoyed every bit of it. There is a cafe and souvenir shop at the top and they offer to take lovely pictures which my kid really enjoyed.

Better system needs to get people back down.

Too many people shoved into elevator without air conditioning, people cheating the long lines on the way back. It was nice view but overall not worth it. This Borj Khalifah is overrated.

Awesome. Purchase your ticket in advance. The venue is located inside of the Dubai Mall. So you can shop and eat either before or after the tour

Great views the skip the line was ok but no real advantage get there early as it builds up we still wanted 45 minutes at 11 am slot getting down just as chaotic two levels and 20 minutes wait but could still see the view other wise great

We purchased a viewing time of 5pm, as we figured we will beat the crowds. Sunset is around 7pm. Tickets are cheaper, earlier in the day. We paid for premium tickets, but the view at 5pm is a Solid so-so. It is still very bright, with significant fog.....In essence, if you want to beat the crowds, then buy the cheaper day tickets, otherwise, I'd recommend paying for premium tickets with a viewing time after sunset, when there's less fog, and more dramatic view with city lights at night. After your trip to floors 124/125 ..you can make your way down to the fountain show for free...do not bother to pay for the aquarium....you see enough fish for free throughout the dubai mall.

Completely disappointing experience

I was completely disappointed. One of us took ill the night before the tour, and when I requested some accommodation to reschedule, the request was refused. So not only did we not do the tour, but the standardized reply was beyond insensitive. I will not recommend and future viatour excursions or tours.

Conquering the tallest building in the world

I am scared of heights so it was a big challenge to go to the top. Seeing things at this height was absolutely amazing. Even though it was very hazy that day so you couldn’t see too far ahead.

The view was absolutely beautiful from level 124. We didn’t get to experience level 125 which we paid for. We did not have a guide to show us where to go. We took pictures that were very expensive.
