Dear Traveler, First of all our sincere apologies for what has happened. We always try our best to make sure our clients have a good experience and try and make it memorable for them. In reference to your buggy trip, we are sorry that you had wait in the waiting area for 10 minutes and crowd is something we cannot control because all are our guest but we will look into the same and see what best can be done about it. Overall it seems like a bad experience you had and we would like to compensate for the same as at the end of the day we want our clients to be satisfied. Let us know how we can manage it.
