    Complimentary pick-up is available from Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman hotels, apartments, and Cruise terminals in Dubai ( Port Rashid ) & Dubai Harbour. Dubai Airport is available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available for an additional fee.

    • The duration of the tour includes both pick-up and drop-off timings as well.
    • Tour duration is fixed for all tours/activities, but it may vary depending on the city traffic.
    • At the village, there are Bedouin tents, a restored well, cooking stations, farm animals, and more.
    • It is not recommended to carry expensive items.
    • Your belongings are your own responsibility and OceanAir is not responsible for any lost belongings during the trip. We will, of course, do our best to help you out if an item is lost.
    • Children below 5 years will be accepted at the child rate & a child seat is provided. But as they are not permitted for a camel ride, they will need to stay with an adult at the village or follow the camel caravan.
    • Any damage, injuries, or items lost during the ride are not covered by insurance and are the participant's responsibility. Rove Dubai Marina & Wyndham Dubai Marina Hotels: Pickup is not available due to massive Traffic on this area. But you can meet us at Stella Di Mare which is 750M Away.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    Fantastic! Don't miss!

    Great experience! We were picked up at 3pm from our hotel. We rode the camels and watched an spectacular sunset. There were falcons, had traditional cheese bread and donuts, tried Arabic coffee and tea, got dressed, had a plentiful buffet with traditional food, got a henna tattoo, watched the moon , Jupiter, and Saturn. Lastly, we enjoyed a great show.
