We will directly pick and drop our respective tourists and guests from their home/hotel location or anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Travelers must provide contact details prior booking.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Definitely recommend the experience. Our driver Waqar picked us up from our hotel at 15:00 on time and took us to the desert. He explained everything very well and took great pictures of us at the desert. Waqar was very informative and assisted us during the whole experience including the camel ride and dinner. We were dropped off at our hotel safely at the end. The fire and belly dancing shows were great. Thanks to everyone and our driver Waqar!

The 4WD sand bashing and sand boarding was ok, however the tour guide tried to up sell the tour. We did pay for a 10 minute camel ride which lasted 3 minutes I would not recommend this tour.

Well worth the money the only advice we would say is that for the dune bashing drive need to consider if you have any back problems and/or motion sickness

Unfortunately we had this booked on the day that Dubai had the rain storm. Fortunately I was communicated with from start to finish and my day was successfully rescheduled for the next day. The driver who had picked us up was very kind and accommodating. The experience was very fun and a must do for Dubai visit

We had a great time!! Our driver, Subhani, was fantastic. He made the tour feel very special. We felt always safe and look after. During the dune bashing, they are such a great drivers!!! That was something I’ll remember. The food was good. The kids loved the shows and the camel ride. There was vendors that offer extras but they are not pushy if you decline. Overall great, definitely recommend and a big thank you to our driver Subhani

I was asked to pay 50 AED per person to enjoy the other side (better one) of the camp. With card payment, I needed to pay an extra-charge of 10 AED.

Subhani our driver was really helpful and nice. He was a bit concerned about whether we could handle the bumpy ride, but as it turned out it was someone half our age that couldn't hack it. Food wasn't too bad either.

This tour was exciting and fun filled! Our driver was quiet, but friendly, and provided a good time. Pickup was prompt. My only complaint would be all the extras trying to be sold at the site, (food, trinkets, hookah, extra camel rides, etc) i was a bit overwealmed, but I understand! The entertainment was excellent, and I would defiantly recommend this experience!

Great safari and evening - dissapointing time in the middle

We were picked up by our driver Subhani in a nice Toyota 4x4 car. He brought us to the desert and gave us a fantastic desert safari drive experience. It was amazing for all of us (2 parents and 3 kids). Afterwards we came to the camp where they were really aggressive in selling upgrades. Longer camel rides, better tables and food, additional food, icecreame etc. Was too much and damaged the overall experience a bit to be honest... Also they promised sandboarding - but they had 1 broken board for 300-400 people... Hena painting for the ladies were OK as well. Got a small paint for free each. Evening ended up with dinner and shows, which were also great. We got nice food (without upgrading) and good shows and had a great evening there as well... So all in all the desert safari + evening dinner and shows were fantastic and perfect. The time in between with camels and sandboarding was okay - but annoying because of all the up-selling constanatly and the lack of boards for sandboarding....
