The frame is very nice. The view is different from the bur Khalif. I suggest going there about 4 to 5 PM to see the sunset. It makes for beautiful photos. .
DO NOT USE VIATOR

What an awful experience! Viator has dropped the ball with their ticket interface and phone application. My girlfriend and I were counting on this to be the highlight of out trip, however it ended up being the worst experience of our trip. The Frame is by no means worth the expense or inconvenience, but cupel that with the having to beg security to help us because Viator's application continued to send us in a loop verifying our account then sending us to my apple or outlook email, then back to a verification email looping over and over with no access to the bar code that security wanted. We did this in the incredible heat and humidity for over an hour. My girlfriend nearly passed out, I was drenched with sweat, dizzy, and nauseous. The security guard finally took pity on us and allowed us to go to the lobby of the frame that was airconditioned. We again sat for another twenty minutes with a manager trying to navigate the application to no avail. The manager somehow found a contact number using his personal phone's hot spot and data and the agent from Viator supposedly sent the tickets to the manager directly. I have no idea if they did or didn't but I honestly believe the manager felt bad for us and let us in. I would choose any other way to purchase tickets for any experience as Viator is not to be trusted.
Viator sold me tickets for the incorrect time

I bought tickets for the dubai frame for 9pm via viator.com but when I arrived it was closed. The staff knew of this error with this site and told me thar they will honor my ticket for the next day.
Must see
