Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

AMAZING!!!

This was an AMAZING experience in every way. The tour guide Kareem & his staff had so much energy and made everyone feel welcome, the food was delicious, the sights were amazing, the yacht was super clean. I have all good things to say about this Yacht cruise.

The boat ride, the crew and the dinner was amazing. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the cleanliness of the boat. When we bordered the floors of the boat were sticky from previously spilled drinks. The tables were not whipped from previous guests and there were plastic bottles and cups lying around on the boat.

As I travelled 150km with family to have a enjoyable tour, it was disappointing to see that there was no guide or contact point for the said tour. They didn't answer any phone calls either. Left the waiting area in total disappointment. Awaiting refund of my money, and also punishing the delinquent staff.

Our guide was Aniss and he was courteous, entertaining and informative. The food was delicious, the yacht clean, spacious and comfortable. It was just a great experience with the entire team of workers on the lunch experience.

Absolutely amazing trip! Very well organised. Lots of communication from company prior to trip on where to meet, times etc. Ebrahim our tour guide was friendly, funny and tools lots of photos on our phones for us. The food was delicious, lovely bbq. Fresh fruit and the pudding was fantastic. It was my birthday too and they surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday to me! No shoes to be worn in the yacht they are placed in a basket and only small bags. They do say no swimwear allowed. They supplied plenty of water and fizzy drinks.

We did the sunset yacht tour which was more than I expected. Our tour guide was energetic with lots of charisma. He gave a detailed explanation of each site we passed. We dined on a delicious BBQ dinner as we sailed overlooking the Dubai skyline. What a great experience.

Great trip! From initial booking till the end communication was amazing. Pablo our guide met us on time and took us to our yacht. Only 6 of us on there and not crowded at all.
