The was by far one of my favorite experiences on my trip to Dubai. The guide was friendly and punctual ! My favorite thing was riding the camel and the sand dunes! 10/10 I would absolutely do this again and recommend my friends🤗

The 4x4 ride on the dunes and the dinner and show was great fun! Food delicious and plenty of it. The show was amazing! Belly dancers and fire eaters lol. Even had a camel ride (that went for about 35 seconds) but it was really an upsell for the photos they take of you. Good for the price.

This was by far the most interesting activity in Dubai. Dunes bashing, camel ride, bbq all included. I must admit that it was way cheaper for the benefits included, I loved every second of this amazing and memorable experience

Beside the food and show it was absolutely not worth it. Dune bashing took 15 min. Continuing changing cars. Garbage laying everywhere and people trying to sale every 2 min something. I was on dune bashing in abu dhabi before and it was nothing like that. I would never recommend it!

Definitely sir we have different cars for dune bashing and for pickup and drop off, we agreed the shop keepers want to sale but nobody gonna force you to buy you can simply say no and they will go, for dune bashing we are doing on red dunes and minimum time is 20mins

Really loved the tour! It was worth every penny we paid! We went as a family of four: two adults and two teenagers. Everyone loved everything. We were picked up from our hotel on time. We got a call about an hour before pick up time giving us information about the car and license plate and exact time and place where we should wait. The desert was beautiful. Weather in March was great, not too hot. The ride through the desert was a lot of fun. Our driver was very professional and polite. His English was great. Absolutely loved the camel ride. The food was ok for the price. The show was great! I would absolutely recommend taking this tour when in Dubai!

Will evaluate this tour by item: 1- Car: Excelent, comfortable, spacious, powerful, clean and safe! 2-Driver: Excelent, pick up on time, very skill on driving, mainly on the desert sand, always available, gave us good tips, very friendly, very professional. 3-Desert experience by car: Exciting, will strongly recommend, the driver made it very special! 4-Desert Campground: Very poor, hindi food variety was the only option, will rate the food cooking as very poor. Atractions/performances were too short. Animals mistreated (falcons, camels, horses) it is a shame, would quit early not to see so many animals in such a degradating situation, I hate this Campground experience. 5-Shared tour: We disagree with the tolerance given to late/miscompromised passengers, the tour operator should leave them behind! 5 or 10 minutes tolerance is acceptable, but 40 minutes and the driver to fetch persons somewhere else is unacceptable and disrespectful with the group. Better to warn future passengers of shared tours about tolerance for delays, that they will be left behind, with no reimbursement in case of no-show on agreed appointment time!

Best price I could find. Definitely good bang for you buck, I would not recommend paying more than $50 for this experience. Worth doing once, but that's it. There's more thrill seeking activities out there.

Not worth the time

Was okay experience. Saw two ladies flip over dune buggy and one was laying on the sand with no one around to check on them.. I would not say it is most safe and organized experience. Also mention with super dirty and terrible washrooms.

The staff try their best to keep it clean all time but after reading your review and considering peak time, we have hired more staff for washrooms. at buggy place our tour guides are always around the guests to take care of them.

Hi, Thank you so much for the feedback, the dune bashing experience in this package is 25mins with picture point at the red dunes which is not short, it depends on the package, we also organize private tours with up to 45min of dune bashing experience as well so it depends on the choosen package.

Worth the money and experience. But as many have noted before, the first stop in the Safari evening is a stop at a dune buggy area where the entire idea is to upsell you way too many things. So be ready to sit for an hour if you don't want to partake. Our guide Faheem was excellent.

Thank you so much for the feedback sir, the first stop is at quad bike station where people can do grocery, opt for quad biking, use rest room facilities before going to the dunes while cars gets ready for dune bashing experience. opting for anything extra is up to guests, no one forces to do so.
Driver Spoils the Experience

Well...our experience could have been memorable but we ended up with a tour guide (driver) that must have skipped Customer Satisfaction 101 class! For the entire drive (nearly three hours total), he played loud music, mostly in his own language and a few in English. The English songs were extremely offensive and used "f" bombs and made clear references to women private parts with $$$ value. Even our video has his tasteless music playing in the background. For odd reason, he asked us to get into the vehicle and left the sand dunes about ten minutes prior to sunset. We were clueless as dozens of vehicles and hundreds of tourists were still out there waiting for a beautiful sunset (and memorable pics). The tour is awesome but go with another company.

Thank you so much for the feedback Sir. we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. we have inquired from other guests as well and they were fine, It was a shared car tour sir, usually the music theme is Arabic + English because most of the guests like it. still if any song was inappropriate, we are sorry for that but guests can ask to change it and he would definitely do that. we asked you about the tour at the end and you told us on whatsapp that your experience was excellent and you enjoyed it. we give the picture point but definitely everyone has to leave the desert before dark so they start leaving one by one but still we are sure you had enough time for the sunset photographs.

We had a good experience on this tour. First vehicle had air conditioning fail so they quickly organised a replacement which was great. Warning that they take you to a meeting point where there are local vendors waiting to sell you souvenirs etc, watch out for the guys with the eagles, they will put them on your arm without you asking and then want to charge you for it. The dune bashing was exciting, all companies do this in groups of vehicles, there was hundreds, if not a thousand 4wds in the area all for the same thing. The camp was not what I expected, more of an outdoor entertainment space with food, food was very good and plentiful, the different acts in the show were entertaining. Don’t do the camel ride, it’s cruel how they treat them. Overall a good tour.

Some tips for first timers: - If you are booking Quad bikes on the spot, don't go to the booking counters directly, do it with the help of your driver/guide. He would get you 20-30% discount. :) - In the campsite, grab food as soon as it is served in the buffet area, most items get over very soon (esp non-veg) - You can skip camel ride, it won't be that worth the long wait in the queue.

Never experienced the fun of riding a 4x4 in the desert nice photo opportunities for sunset in the desert. Dinner show were great and relaxing. An action pack afternoon and evening. Highly recommended the VIP table option. Five star driver and service must try.

Disappointed trip.

We started the trip with a late pickup by the driver by 20mins. We reached the first stop at quad bikes place after 75mins. *Quad Bikes - we didn’t sign up for this activity but 3 of our trip mates did. We ended up waiting for 25mins for them. *Sand Dunes Drive - this is the best part of the trip and the saving grace. Credits to our driver, Umer. The drive with the music in the car was on point! Sunset view was beautiful! *Sand boarding - this was fun but would have been nicer if we have more than one board to enjoy boarding together. We had to take turns for the 6 of us to try. By the time we finished, the sun has set. *Camel ride - by the time we reached the camp site, it was dark. We were surprised that we need another 20mins ride to get to the camel ride and dinner camp site. Camel ride was disappointing! It was just a photo opportunity to up sell and the ride was only for 2-3mins. *Dinner/Henna/show - Disappointment! Supposedly a BBQ/buffet dinner but we are only allowed 2 pieces of chicken each with veg salad, rice, noodles. Henna was a long queue so we gave up. The entertainment was average.
