Absolutely fantastic experience. My wife was ill on the morning we were due to take the ride. I contacted them to see if they could offer us another time slot later in the day or on another date during our stay, rather than my wife miss out. They weren’t obliged to but kindly offered us a late afternoon slot. Fantastic customer service

Good overview of the city in a 30-minute tour

Tour was on time, helicopter's pilot was great and gave good comments on the city views. The 30-min tour was designed to give a good view of the city for all passengers regardless if they are seated on the left side or the right side of the helicopter.

Beautiful experience. We were a family of four, thus we had the helicopter to ourselves. Note: helicopters fit 5 people (if you have a small group, 1 or 2 people, they may place you in a helicopter with another party). Excellent security precautions. They give you a locker to store your belongings. Pictures of your ride are available for purchase. The HeliDubai is located inside the Dubai Police Station. Upon arrival, a bus will take you from the police station entrance inside into the helicopter ride. Ride was spectacular, and pilot was friendly.

Massively disappointed to find out on arrival that the helicopter is shared with people outside of your booking. Sitting in the middle seat is an absolute waste of time and money. This was for my sons 16th birthday present and due to there being 2 other people in the helicopter with us, it meant he had an extremely poor view. I asked it we could rearrange seats and the man laughed and walked away. Such a lot of money to be wasted, would not recommend in case you end up in the middle seat. Also, I did ask the other two women in the other group if they could put their phone down slightly so my son could appreciate the view but they quite rudely said no. Please see attached photos for the unfortunate view my son had.

Good tour, to be honest the views are not spectacular as the flight is very far from the actual city, it’s all around the coast and Br Kahlifa is too far, the tour description says you will flight around it, not true, the world, did not see it. Overall ok. A normal flight on helicopter, nothing spectacular
