Loved it! The guides thoroughly explained all the safety measures. The day was a little hazy but we saw a beautiful sunset and falcon show. We learned a lot about ballooning and the history behind using falcons in the Arab culture. The breakfast was pretty good for a buffet on the dessert.

Best hot air balloon company

Most memorable moments were getting photos with the falcon and the landing. Beautiful falcon got to learn some history and their heavily respected bird, and smooth landing. Everyone was so polite and welcoming and we got to share cake with everyone after we landed. The breakfast was amazing, we rode the camels at the camp and learned some history about their camels.

Balloon ride /Video Purchase

Ride was an awesome experience however I was talked into purchasing the video that is a huge disappointment that shows 5:25 minutes of 15 people standing in the basked. NOTHING ELSE. HUGE WAIST OF $. other than the video the ride was great.

Wonderful experience. The staff were very responsive and communicated well at all times before, during and after the ballon ride. They went beyond and above in making sure that everyone was comfortable and had a great time. You will have an opportunity to see how the ballon is prepared for take off and a chance to take plenty of pictures. They even offer you a Timelapse video which shows you and your loved ones inside of the ballon and some outside views as well. I would recommend this activity to anyone!

Awesome experience, picked up in a clean landcruiser, driver was communicative. Arturo the pilot was very nice and knowledgeable (he has been flying hot air ballons for more than 30 years, after all), and Odan the falcon was also very nice. Since there were several hot air balloons flying at the same time, the falcons took turn to fly. The falconeer let Odan flew after we reached certain altitude, and Odan managed to return to our balloon every time. And all passengers were given the chance to take pictures with the falcon. We were quite fortunate to see several gazelles in the desert too. After the hot air balloon trip, we stopped by a camp where good breakfast buffet was served, and we can take a short camel ride, horse ride, and get henna tattoos for free. Overall, the experience was really good, although a bit expensive.

This was the highlight of my trip, initially I was reluctant to book it based on how early the tour was 04:30 a.m but, it turned out to be the best timing as we got to see the sun rise and the temperature was cooler. The balloon was rotated to ensure that we all experienced the best views and took pictures. Henna was on offer, beautiful and done quickly so that everyone had a turn. The tour is perfectly structured such that I could still fit in other excursions later on in the day.

Being scared of heights I was a little worried but this was great. Very focused on safety but not to the point scare you. Our pilot was experienced the ground crew very professional. Being of mature age the crew were always there to offer any assistance , needed or not. We were lucky that the wind took us out over were the camel races were being held, the desert was always changing, wild gazelles running over the sand. The inflight falcon show a real treat, Ziggy was very impressive. Breakfast following the flight at the Bedouin camp was really good. So glad we did it and will be a lifelong memory.

Wonderful experience. Instructions are given before takeoff and before landing. Caption was very nice. Staff even took pictures and video in case you get worried you may loose your phone. One staff member even offered my son his coat when he perceived he was cold.

Amazing experience! The captain was very professional and experienced. Expected bumpy landing but it’s nothing like that at all. The only minus was that it was a full carriage which takes away the romantic aspect of balloon ride when you are stuffed like sardines.
