The most rememberable part of the cruise was that the operator (Dutch Oriental) did not have mine and my travelling companions booking. Arrived at the location to board, only to discover Dutch Oriental never had our names. Dutch Oriental contacted Viator, Viator said yes, they had our details and the payment had been processed 8 March 2024, our cruise was 10 March 2024. We had to pay again if we wanted to join the dinner cruise, so we paid again. We were told my companion and I had to all the enquires ourselves for any refund. We phoned the local agent Viator use, Ariyan tours, we explained the situation, they did not recognise any booking reference numbers, and discontinued the call. Since returning to Australia, my companion has been refunded without any documentation. I was asked to supply documentation ( I have) my claim has been is still unsuccessful several times. I have no idea why??
