Pickup is available from any where in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman city, All airports and Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid) Pickup from Jabel Ali or Bab Al Shams only with a private option. Note that the pickup will be 45 minutes prior to your booked time depending on your location. Ports: Cruise Terminal 2, 77CH+QXG - Port Rashid - Dubai - United Arab Emirates Hotel pickup is offered. View the hotel list on our checkout page to see if yours is included among the pickup points. Those clients who wants to come meeting by their own car we can pickup them from meeting point . Desert tour is wonderful despite issues with tour companies

We enjoyed the trip despite many issues and delays. First there was confusion between Viator and the tour operator about whether the trip was cancelled (it was not & my credit card was already paid), which led to delayed start. One of the vehicles did not have all seat belts working. The desert dune drive was outstanding! When we got to the dinner place we were treated poorly and told our trip did not apply to this facility and they wanted us to go to another place but we refused. The main tour operator was very nice and professional. It would be helpful if Viator provided more information about name of tour operator company as well as the name of the dinner facility.

We had book a private tour. But driver keep living us and taking other peopl keeping us waiting. We wasted longer time waiting for him.

Fantastic tour. The dune bashing 4x4 ride was amazing and the dancing show and BBQ very entertaining. Tour guide was attentive and very professional . I will definitely recommend this tour company to everybody.
