      Always enjoy a hop-on hop -off bus tour of a city. It’s a great way to learn the lay of the land on a larger scale to determine where I would visit. I wish the bus stops were more highly marked.

      Made reservation on line and did not receive the tickets. Had to buy them again at the bus. Driver did not speak spanish, english nor german. Could not communicate

      Good and Bad Bad - booked and paid online via paypal but could not access my tickets. Bus driver was very helpful and took photo of my payment receipt. Then the earphone station did not work for the two of us and so we could not hear the commentary for the first third of the trip. Good - commentary was good, sights were interesting and nice scenery along the Rhine. One and half hours total trip just right amount of time.

      Nowhere on your site does it show where the pick up and drop off locations are. The spot we got on was impossible to find. We walked around for 25 min trying to find the sign which was hidden by an overgrown tree. The bus driver only stopped if there were people standing at a pick up location. Going downstairs was extremely dangerous and one of us got badly hurt.

      Great tour round s lovely city- particularly both sides of the Rhine. Commentary could have been a bit more informative with more of the history etc. It’s very hard to find where the bus stops! Overall a great introduction to the city

      The places we have seen were not very interesting. I thought we were also supposed to see the Japanese gardens but it turned out that we had to get off the stop and walk there. Compared to city tours in London and Barcelona, this was very uninteresting. Not worth the money.

      The longest bar in the world. Old town was full of rich architecture. Only bad thing was a storm hit so we had to return to the hotel earlier. Good trip though.

      Die Tour war großer Mist. Ich weiß nicht, ob der Fahrer einen Einfluss auf die Darbietungen in den Hörgeräten hatte oder ob das auf Ihre Rechnung geht. Aber es wurde nie am entsprechenden Ort die richtige Sehenswürdigkeit erwähnt sondern eine die später kam oder sogar schon vrher da war. Öfter kam auch alles doppelt und dreifach. Die Leute aus einer anderen Stadt kamen überhaupt nicht klar.

      Vond de trip niet echt interessant, veel moderne gebouwen bus kan door het drukke verkeer nauwelijks vooruitkomen , veel gebouwen waar over gesproken werd staan in de steigers, een buitenlandse chauffeur die slecht Duits spreekt en geen toevoeging is aan de trip àlles wordt door een bandje in verschillende talen via een koptelefoon verteld en door steeds dat stilstaande verkeer klopte de timing ook niet ( vind het geen aanrader 40 euro met zijn tweeën 90 minuten duur van de rit waarvan 40 minuten door vertraging 😞

      Freundlicher Fahrer, die Erklärungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten kamen teilweise zeitversetzt, erst nachdem wir am den Objekten vorbei waren. Im großen und ganzen aber eine schöne Fahrt.

      Der Busfahrer hat uns trotz der gebuchten Tickets nicht in den Bus gelassen, der Bus sei voll, wir könnten ja auf seinem Schoß Platz nehmen. In 30 Minuten käme der nächste Bus. Wir haben 40 min gewartet, es kam kein Bus. 80 Euro für nichts. Auf meine Nachricht mit der Bitte um Erstattung keine Reaktion. Nie mehr wieder.
