We had such a fantastic time on this tour! Captain Dan was incredibly knowledgeable, as a Florida Master Naturalist he was able to tell us all about the wildlife we encountered, including the pods of dolphin that played in the waves from the boat. He also had extensive knowledge of the Calusa Indian tribe and the archaeological history of Chokoloskee, as well as stellar command of the boat. We left with a new appreciation for the Everglades and the rich history still inhabiting the beaches and waterways. We can’t wait to return and bring our friends. We will book Captain Dan again for sure! So much more to explore and learn. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our guide was so knowledgeable, generous and helpful. Saw how the Seminoles created an island with oysters. He showed us all sorts of birds and sea life. The best thing was seeing three dolphins while kayaking!

We had a brilliant morning with Don exploring the ten thousand islands and learning all about the wildlife and the plants and trees that grow there. Don was incredibly knowledgable and he answered all our questions. His enthusiasm was infectious and we felt wonderfully looked after. Our 13 yr old daughter loved it too and we can’t recommend this trip more!
