Dave from Kiwi Tours Te Anua was a fantastic driver & guide for the day. Very informative . It was raining the morning we started our trip so places we were to stop at along the way , he made sure he stopped on the way back. Lunch provided was very good & more than enough. Highly recommend to do this trip from Te Anua you get more for your dollar.

Great driver in a small van with only 7 passengers. Boat trip good but only a few waterfalls as a lack of rain in the previous week - but still worth it!. I would definitely recommend this over driving yourself as you see so much more.

This was one of the best experiences for me during my vacation to NZ. It was a wholesome experience and our guide/driver Sarah was the best she drove around nicely and shared brilliant stories about the Fiordland national park! The cruise experience and the food could have been a tad better, but overall we came back with memories. Thanks!

Steve was an absolutely incredible guide. Told many interesting stories and got everyone engaged and included. Definitely worth the extra money getting this smaller tour and cruise when I’m comparing to the stories I heard from people going on the bigger busses and boats.

We had a fantastic trip and would throughly recommend booking, you’ll see some amazing sights, learn lots about the geology and meteorological aspects of this part of New Zealand. It was nice being part of a small group and we had ample space on the boat to take lots of photos, lunch provided was ample and dietary requests were not a problem. Special mention to our guide Steve who provided us with a wealth of information about the area, the wildlife, mountains, forests and we all learned lots of interesting facts (probably more than we did in school!!). Steve is a credit to the company and it was a pleasure being in his company for the day. Only thing to mention is we’d recommend removing the big Kiwi company logo stickers at the back of the minibus as they obstructed our view so wouldn’t recommend sitting at the back of the minibus.

The cruise of Milford Sound was great. The van ride from Te Anue and back was the worst ride I've ever been on. If you are over 5 ' 6" tall you will not fit in the seats. I was lucky enough to sit with no seat directly in front of me and my knees were 4 inches past the seat backs of the two seats on either side in the row on front of me. The guy in the row in front of me and to the right kept using my knee as an arm rest! Additionally, the ride was really, really rough. I believe either they had too much weight in the van or the shock absorbers were shot. Very uncomfortable.

We had the excellent tour leader Steve. He is so knowledgeable and we learnt so much on our journey to and from Milford Sound. Our skipper on the boat trip was also excellent. The tour itself was amazing and would totally recommend it. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Steve the tour Guide was awesome highly recommend, but the small boat was down and we were booked on a bigger tour. things happen not the fault of the tour company, made the best of it, however it happened to be a beautiful day, but it needed to be raining. I wish i would have just booked a flight out of queenstown and not a cruise
