It was not a very long tour but it was a great way to get into the Duomo faster and learn about the church's history and construction.
Even if you are tired of Churches and Cathedrals, you must visit the Duomo.

The guide spoke clearly and had a great sense of humor! Most enjoyable and educational too! The headphones and unit were very good so there were no technical issues either.

We were confused on where to meet our guide. Viator was no help, responding hours later. I tried to see if we could try the same tour the next day and again, they were no help at all. Unfortunate to have problems like this on our honeymoon but it is what it is.

Our guide was excellent and gave an informative presentation. Whatever you do, take the SKIP The Line Tour and avoid standing in line with hundreds of others tourists. We walked right into the Duomo without waiting!

The tour operators are very efficient in getting group organized and into the cathedral. Our tour guide was lovely and super informative! We moved into the Cathedral quickly..skip the line…had great locations to stand as the guide was explaining all aspects..interesting & well worth the reservation! Outside of cathedral is spectacular to view too!

We chose this express tour since we weren’t interested in the religious aspects of this spot. My husband really just wanted to see the inside of the dome and we weren’t interested in climbing it. This tour was the perfect way to see the dome while getting some explanations about artifacts like the clock. We loved being able to skip the line for this.

The ticket was worther as the line was over three blocks. The guide was not too good. She was in a hurry and did not gove us the tickets to go to the museum on the basement

Misleading Tour Title with Duomo in it - There is no dome access

The Tour on Viator has "Duomo" in the name but then doesn't have dome access. Then they refused to give a refund when I reached out the day before explaining that the title was misleading and I wanted a refund before the tour the next day.

Excellent tour. We were able to go straight in with no need to wait in the incredibly long queue. The guide clearly knew her stuff and was informative and entertaining. It was also a good length (sometimes tours can go on far too long and you retain none of the information- this was perfect for us). Highly recommended.

Very good explanations, the guide knows the location very well. Skipping the line makes your time very efficient. Maybe a bit short and ticket doesn't include catacombs visit.

Our guide at the Duomo provided an excellent background on the structure itself and the history and religious meaning inside. The cost to skip the line, which saved us at least 45 minutes, was well worth it.
