Our guide was excellent, patient, courteous super informative and communicated clearly! I’ll admit the directions to the meeting point was a little confusing but as it turns out it was operator errors.
No skip the line

Viewing the statue of David was. Wonderful. There is no skip the line at the Academia. We waited an hour and 15 minutes in line. The Duomo tour was basically nonexistent. Everyone in our group was under the impression that the tour included touring the Church, the Bapistry and the Museum as well as the climb. In fact only the Dome climb was part of the tour. We were informed that we could enter the Church, Bapistry, and Museum on our own but the church was already closed when we arrived and we were told we would have to come back the next day which was impossible since we were not staying in Florence. This was a total ripoff for the price we paid for the tour and was totally misrepresented

Climb the Duomo. It is worth it. The views are like no other. Our guide was able to point out many important details we would not have otherwise realized. It was money (and time) well spent
Amazing tour with great tour guide

Anastasia was an excellent tour guide and the Duomo climb was amazing. Narrow and steep steps but well worth the climb. Views of the city were beautiful.
Not worth it…

Our guide, Martina, was very knowledgeable of Michelangelo and Florence. We had this tour booked in the afternoon after a Uffizi tour in the morning, and had lost steam, but even still, this had a lot of walking and waiting around. The Accademia visit was brief—basically just to see David and one or two other things. Then trekked over to the Basilica, and it was hard to stay together as a group because of narrow streets and crowded sidewalks—we often got split up. Then at the Basilica, we didn’t really see much inside, and it was a long wait to climb the dome.

Dear Hillary, Thank you for sharing your experience regarding Florence Tour: Accademia, Duomo Climb and Cathedral. Firstly, please kindly consider that visiting multiple attractions in a day can be demanding, especially in a city as popular as Florence. Regarding the Accademia visit, we want to clarify that our tour description focuses on the iconic statue of David, along with a few other highlights. We belive that our descriptions accurately reflect the tour experience. We understand that staying together as a group in the bustling streets of Florence can be challenging, and we appreciate your understanding. Lastly, we appreciate your patience during the wait to climb the dome of the Basilica. While we aim to minimize wait times whenever possible, peak visiting hours can sometimes lead to delays. Thank you once again for sharing your insights with us. Best Regards.
An awesome tour not to be missed!

Leonardo was a great guide! He has so much information about the building of the cathedral, and he did a great job sharing it! The tour of the museum was good, with the highlight being The David, of course. Leonardo offered to take our pictures in front of The David, which I really appreciated. The best part of the whole tour was the climb up to the dome of the Duomo. The views were absolutely breathtaking!
Best view in the city
