Great Experience
Doug_L, Sep 2023
This tour is a great way to experience several of the most important Florence highlights and get your orientation to the city. Our guide Francesca was very passionate and highly knowledgeable about Florence’s history, culture and art. It was a full 3 hours and we were fully engaged the whole time.
Average tour with a spectacular view
elizcoll235, Sep 2023
I felt this tour could have been 1.5 hours and that the guide was stretching to reach the 2.5 hours. Felt uninspired. The tour would have been better organized to stop at the midpoint exterior view on the way up rather than the on the way down. That way those who could not make it to the top would have had some experience of viewing the city view.
Great way to learn about the history of Florence

I really enjoyed the tour, especially the Ponte Vecchio and Accademia Gallery. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we had plenty of time to take photos. She made sure we had a good overview of each site. It was a great experience.
A great tour of Florence ending with David.
Keith_M, Sep 2023
The lady was very interesting and told us about Florence past and present. She had great historical knowledge. It was easy to find her at the start of the tour although we were concerned about validating our booking. As she already had our names this was it necessary so perhaps that should be explained better. Great to skip the queue! The only negative for my husband as a hearing impaired person he had no access to the tour despite the tour guides best efforts to accommodate his needs with an audio clip that made the tour guides speech pick up direct to his hearing aids. It unfortunately did not work owing to background noise. Maybe there would be specific tours for people with disabilities even if there was a written transcript of points along the route.

I recommend this tour, I had a very good and knowledgeable tour guide. I was full of memorable emotions, there was so much to see....
Absolutely worth it, highly recommend
Theresa_B, Sep 2023
Francesca was an exceptional guide. She is a native of the city and clearly extremely proud of its beauty and history. I appreciated that she told the important historical and cultural facts that are important on tours like this, but she also sprinkled in several more personal or local stories that I don’t think we would’ve normally been able to hear. I highly recommend the small group tour with Francesca, she was delightful and very knowledgeable.
Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT! We did this our first morning in Florence and it was the perfect way to get oriented, gain appreciation for what all there is to do and see and also saw some highlights along the way! Ending in the Accademia let us skip the line to see David but also allowed us to see everything else there at our own pace. Our guide Giacomo was incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out everything from local, modern street art to historical must sees to the best hidden restaurants with views of the Duomo. Highly recommend!
Great tour of Florence
Kevin_B, Sep 2023
Our guide,Giacomo, was very knowledgeable of Florence and took time explaining the sights and history of Florence. Excellent tour!
Great introduction to Florence
Llynne_P, Sep 2023
The David was a must for my husband and this was an excellent way to skip the long lines and get an overview of the Accademia and then continue exploring on our own. The walking tour we started with was also very informative and we made a point to return to some of the sites recommended by our guide. Wish I remembered his name as he was excellent.
Great way to learn about Florence.
Lisa_O, Sep 2023
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and articulate. She spoke slowly so she was easy to understand. . It was worth the time and money.
Bella Firenze!

Julie_E, Sep 2023
Seemed expensive for what we got. The tour guide knew his stuff, but cost was quite high. Covered all the basics and more
Response from Host, Sep 2023
Dear Julie, I am happy to hear that "the guide knew his stuff"! What the tour offers is written in the description of it, you were fully aware of the cost and of the tour content (private guide for 3 hours, skip the line access to museum of the Accademia to see one of the most famous masterpieces of the world and our guide's knowledge and time at your disposal) you were completely free to book it or not, fortunately I don't have to convince anybody of the value of the tours we arrange , our list of 5 stars feedbacks speaks enough...
Brian was amazing!!
roy_b, Sep 2023
This excursion is about so much more than just seen David. Our guide Brian had super clear English gave us great tidbits about restaurants and bargaining at the leather market. He was full of so much history, and made walking the streets a Florence for three hours delightful. Of course, seeing David in person was absolutely tremendous
Capri was a bust
Alfonso_D, Sep 2023
There were no memorable parts to the store. Once we made it to Capri we went to dock zero and there were two gentlemen in the ticket, sales place, and they were selling tickets left and right for the boat excursion. Apparently they were selling more tickets than they were boats people were waiting for a half hour before we got there and we were there for over an hour getting very frustrated watching the people that were working on the boats telling the gentleman selling the tickets you're selling too many tickets there's too many people standing here you have to stop clearly there was a miscommunication or one big mess up. So after refusing to wait this long, we decided to take the bus they gave us bus tickets in a little package and we went to the bus and apparently everybody else wanted to take the bus also because they were fed up being on that pier for that long . I called both numbers after texting Wiatre they gave me different numbers one did not work and one nobody answered. We have booked prior tours that were fantastic and amazing and we have two more tours that we booked in Rome. I personally do not want to pay for this tour. It was a complete mess and we didn't use any of the bus tickets we didn't use any of the Restaurants we clearly had to use another company to do the tour. I have all the texts that were sent to me from whoever in Viator and telephone numbers to call and like I said prior, none of them work I will clearly show whomever wants to see this.
Response from Host, Sep 2023
Hello, unfortunately you made a review of Capri under a tour of Florence. I think this is an evident mistake so I kindly ask you to cancel this review in order not to incur in TripAdvisor penalties. thanks
Great intro tour to Florence
Suzanne_S, Sep 2023
Brian was great! Very informative and covered a lot over the 3 hours. Lots of background information and history.
Firenze Love❤️
Armita_E, Sep 2023
Amazingly knowledged tour guide. I can’t believe she covered SO much history, information, places in just 3 hours in such an interesting & fun way. Strongly recommend this tour. I wish I remembered our tour guide’s name but I lost the paper😩
Great tour with a fantastic guide Silvia
John_B, Sep 2023
Silvia was an amazing tour guide. She was so very knowledgeable especially regarding the history of Florence and the artwork. The pace was perfect. When you see the crowds in Florence…the only way to see Florence is on a skip the line tour. I highly recommend this tour and Silvia.
Fabulous Introductory Tour of Florence!
