Great guide

Excellent guide. Animated & fascinating guide. It was pouring so we all got soaked but she kept us in great spirits even with the Accademia line barely moving for 30 minutes
Well worth it walking tour

Walk Florence as a Florentine would
William_S, Mar 2024
Our tour guide made Florence come to life not only artistically but culturally in a very intimate way.
Worth it
Sue_M, Mar 2024
Our tour guide Barbara transformed what could have been a dreary experience into an unforgettable journey. Despite the rain and gloom, Barbara's warmth and enthusiasm illuminated the day. She went above and beyond, taking us to hidden gems and showcasing local traditions passed down through generations. Engaging with craftsmen and chatting with locals added depth to the experience. Skipping the line for the academia tour was a lifesaver, saving us valuable time without sacrificing the richness of Barbara's explanations, which made every moment more enjoyable I highly recommend this tour.
Great experience

Perfect for short visits to Florence
Tina_K, Mar 2024
We are so glad we booked this tour! Even though we had cursory knowledge of Florence’s history, Francesca gave us 10x more information. She was an engaging guide and fun to meet. Our tour didn’t follow the exact itinerary posted on Viator but I think it was better. Definitely recommend this tour especially if you only have a 1-2 days in beautiful Florence!
Welcome to Florence!
Lynne_K, Mar 2024

Carey_D, Mar 2024
Our tour guide Barbara B. was fantastic. Her passion and attitude was top notch. She was so knowledgeable and showed us the history but also had lots of inside information on Florence we would have never learned without her. The day was rainy but we had a blast. We had a group of 10 people. She gave us great dinner recommendations too! We will always request Barbara when coming back. Love, the Tampa Bay, Florida group.
wonderful experience

We had a very good experience with our guide Eliza(I hope I got her name right). She is very considerate with our 9 year daughter. We learnt a lot about history and certain site/symbols that we could easily miss.
Claudia is the best!
Leanys_G, Feb 2024
We had the best experience with our guide, Claudia. She was very knowledgeable and kind! We booked other tours throughout our stay in Italy, but this one was by far the best.
Silvia as our expert guide

Alison_F, Feb 2024
Learning about the history of the city and walking around the small medieval streets south of the river from an engaging and knowledgeable guide with perfect English. You cannot replicate the experience. Really worthwhile and I will now go back to some of the places off the tour which she told us about
Florence highlights
Barbara_C, Feb 2024
Guide was well versed on all aspects of sites we saw. She was willing to answer all our questions. Pace was fast but covered many diverse areas and topics
No transperancy on how you are charging
Sen_G, Feb 2024
My star is for Viator and not for the tour guide. Viator has charged me 100 swiss francs for 2.5 hrs walking tour. This is unreasonable and doesn't justify even if you have factored in entry fee for one of the museum's. This is the worst experience I can have in an unknown country when I seek for guided tours. I have another booking today hope it doesn't end in horror.
Response from Host, Feb 2024
Dear Sen, fist of all I am happy this review is not for our tour guide. Nevertheless I am sorry for that. I guess when you spend your money you know what you are buying and this is clear in the description of the tour where it mentions inclusions and exclusions., therefore I do not really understand your disappointment .
