Do it to see the Last Supper

Do this for the Last Supper viewing. The rest of the tour was not very interesting…but you could leave the tour at any point. Our guide was very knowledgeable on paintings but maybe not as fluent in English. She paused so often in the middle of thoughts and sentences that it was hard to follow her train of thought and lots of mispronunciations (much more difficult to understand than any of our other three guides we’ve had this trip).

We were there 15 minutes before. Guide arrived with tickets 10.01 and said we had not paid. Not much communication and not impressed

Easy and Seamless entrance only

This was the easiest front of the row ticket purchased. We didn’t want a tour guide we just wanted to get in. This is the ticket you need. Just purchase, wait at the appropriate area when it’s close to your entrance time and your friend will show up with your tickets and guide you to the front of the entrance. Easy and seamless.

We arrived at the location and did not see anyone with any Destination Europe signage. After several minutes, I reached out to the contact listed. The response was very fast and we found our ticket person. I do wish he had something to show he was a part of the company and not just in plain streetwear. Once we found each other, he was very kind and quick with getting our tickets. I would definitely use this company for the future!

Easy to find location for ticket pick up - it is right across from the line to get in to see The David. We waited about 5 minutes to get our tickets from the customer service rep.

The lines were insanely long. We went to the front to ask a worker where to go. She called over a man who works for Viator. He got our tickets (I had to find a passport picture for my 14 year old to prove her age). Overall, it was a really fast, easy experience!

Ticket office closed - waited 20 mins just for tickets

Great: wonderful museum. Once we had our tickets, we were inside the museum in one minute. It was Feb, and raining the day we went, so there were very few people there anyway. Horrible: finding our tickets. We were instructed to an address to pick up our tickets. We arrived when and where as instructed, the door was closed, locked, and no one was there, and no signage. We waited for 20 minutes, frantically going into other tour operators offices, and the official ticket booth. A man managing the official queue had to finally track down a seemingly random man out of no where who had our tickets. Awful experience. Given it was low season, it would have been much easier, faster, and less stressful to just have purchased a ticket from the official office - we waited in that line anyway trying to track down our tickets. Terrible.

So easy and instructions were clear on how to collect the tickets. Fast-entry is the way to go! Follow the address exactly as it’s listed and a guide will bring your tickets to you and show you where to enter the museum.

Very easy to find the meeting place across the narrow street. Actually we're met on the street with the tickets and we're able to get right in. Not too crowded at this time of year. Lovely gallery of art also

This was the way to go! We had 1100 tickets and practically walked right in. A previous review had mentioned that it was a little confusing to get the voucher, and they were correct. There appeared to be a few different companies there. We found the address just fine, but it wasn’t an office. After walking by a few times we realized that it is actually a person with a small flag standing close to the street. The flag isn’t big or bright, but look for it to say Viator. I would 100% do this again. Once we found where we needed to be it was very efficient. Well worth the money!

It’s a small museum but so much to see. Obviously the David is the main attraction but so many other great works of art to see also. The room with all the sculptures is amazing. A must see when in Florence.
