We thank you for taking the time to review our tour. We are happy to hear that our guide fulfilled your expectations and was able to transfer her knowledge on such a heritage tour like that.
We would like to clarify that there was no “bad organization”during the tour check-in.
We have 2 different entrance slots: 9.00 and 9.30 am. Some people booked at 9.30 am showed up at 8.30 -8.45 am pretending to enter at 9.00 am, which of course was not possible.
This is the reason why the hostess didn’t line them up and didn’t give them any tickets, asking to come back later on, as scheduled on their bookings. At the same time you have been lined up many times, in order to be able to enter at your scheduled time.
On Easter days, it was definitely busier than usual and we are sure you noticed how Florence was crowded. We understand that there may have been some exceptional disruptions in terms of queues, which we apologize for, but which are also totally out of our hands.
We can ensure that everything was totally under control, to allow the best experience possible inside the Accademia, which you had indeed. We are looking forward to seeing you in Florence again.
