Our guide Klaus was excellent. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the sights we were visiting. It was very crowded but he managed to keep us together and covered a lot of interesting details about the artwork and features.

Daniella was really good, her pace was excellent not too fast and not too slow... she was extremely knowledgeable, you could see she knew what she was saying and nothing was scripted. If you're only one day in Florence this is the tour to do you get a grasp of everything and finish next to ponte vecchio to go to the Piazalle or Uffizi depending on your needs

Tour was not as planned

The streets at piazza San Marco were under repair and we could not hear our guide speaking at all. Finally she suggested we move to the line for the Academia but we still could not hear her. After standing in line for one hour, we departed. We were eager to see Florence and we wasted 90 minutes seeing nothing

Angelo was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide! He added so much history and richness to the tour. The tour consisted of seeing David and the gallery, inside the duomo (not the climb to the top), and through the heart of Florence to the Ponte Vecchio. The meeting place was clear and easy to find. The radios to listen were also perfect in the crowds. This was our first Viatour experience and it was 10/10!
