Perfect taste of Tuscany

We decided to take this tour for half a day which was the perfect amount of time. Our guide Jason really seemed to enjoy his role although he had a bit too much energy for our morning tour! The first winery was stunning. Even with the rain we had, the views were beautiful and we were able to get beautiful pictures. The wine tasting was so much fun and the guides in both wineries were great. We had time to enjoy the wines and meet the other travelers. It was a good group size. We visited 2 wineries and the bus ride had great views along the way. Jason shared information beyond just wine but also about the region and the landscape. Overall I would recommend this tour to travelers in the future. After this tour I feel much more knowledgeable about Tuscany and the Chianti region.
Perfect half day adventure!!

Fun small group experience. Perfect half day adventure. Had just the right amount of time at each winery. Learned a lot about the process/guidelines of making wine as well as the history of the region at both wineries. Very well organized. Supposedly it was the ladies first day running the tour but it seemed like she was doing it for years. She had good energy, provided history of Florence through out the tour and played awesome music on the way back from the winery.
Amazing!!!

What an amazing experience! Tour guide was delightful even if he is a Celtics fan . He went over landmarks driving up to the wineries . Had wonderful food recommendations. Sent this tour to friends who are coming to Florence in the next few weeks.
Wonderful Experience

This was an excellent tour/trip. We really enjoyed it. Matteo was great explaining sites we were passing on the way out of Florence. The winery properties we visited were gorgeous. The wine, olive oil, breads, snacks, etc were excellent.

ALYSEN_R, Mar 2024
Amazing! The guides at each of the stops were very knowledgeable. There were 8 wines and snacks at each place. Olive oils, breads, cheese at first stop and olive oil, balsamic, cheese, tomato, truffle EVOO at the second place It was a great trip for one person! Also accommodated vegetarian
Would do it again!

Really nice and well curated and in the right amount of time if you only have half a day to spare. Just be prepared to “taste” the wine at 10am, if you choose the morning trip
Iconic and ironic experience
Lisa_F, Mar 2024
Great tour guide. Very informative and easy to understand. A little hard for Americans to drink Chianti at 10:00 am without anything but coffee and a pastry. They were calling the tastings “breakfast” and “second breakfast”, which was about right. Very mind warping to be listening to American icon pop music on the way down from the hills. Playing iconic Italian music, such as Andre Botticelli or Vivaldi, etc. would have made it more atmospheric if not stereotypical for what we as Americans think of as an “Italian” experience. John Denver singing Country Roads take me home and Neil Diamond belting Sweet Caroline played with my mind. The wineries were beautiful and the countryside iconic!
Amazing, planned, wine tasting in country

Daniella and Antonio (driver) were amazing! They provided great information and we had so much fun! Very helpful after as well. Would highly recommended this to anyone for a 1/2 day tasting. Beautiful countryside as well!
I say do it

What a great tour. The guide was charming and fun, the driver was as skilled as a surgeon, and the vineyards were delightful. 2 thumbs up
A fantastic wine and olive oil tasting experience
Donna_M, Mar 2024
The scenic rolling orchards, the vineyard tours, the wine processing, their history...and the use of no pesticides and fertilize only by their flock of geese! Got to sample some vineyard wines only available at the farm. Excellent guides and a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
Amazing

The Tuscan landacape is amazing. Visions of paintings coming to life. Jonathan was an excellent guide who made everyone feel Italian
Wonderful Tuscany
Karen_M, Mar 2024
We really enjoyed traveling through the countryside and learning more about the people and culture. Also, learning about how the wine is produced and the history behind it was fascinating.
Lovely afternoon
Blake_B, Mar 2024
We had an amazing time! Our host, Leo, was very kind, warm and humorous. He even serenaded our group at the first tasting! He also gave great recommendations for dinner after the tour as we had the afternoon time slot. The wine was nice and also had a nice amount of snacks. Nice views of the country side from the bus on the way there. Leo was very informative as well and gave great knowledge about the region and types of wine we would be tasting in the Chianti region.
Small Group Wine Tasting - A Must See !! (March 2024)
Lynn_E, Mar 2024
First time going to Florence in March so we booked this tour. The tour guide and driver were great on the bus, very informative while having lots of laughs. The wineries were so beautiful and the wine experts were very informative and friendly We enjoyed each glass at the tastings. We were able to go down to the cellars and hear about the detailed process. The view of the vineyards and olive trees were breathtaking.
Great experience!
