The Baptistery of St John will be closed from the 20th to the 24th of November

A terrific experience with this tour. Skip-the-line is the only way to go in Florence during such a busy tourist time. Our guide was informative, personable, and entertaining. The Duomo museum we visited was the highlight. The Duomo itself is definitely a more impressive sight from the outside. We loved it!

However our guide struggles a bit with English and compared to other tour guides we’ve had she was lacking in knowledge and her ability to help us understand what we were seeing. Wonderful tour with Maria Cristina

Maria Cristina was absolutely wonderful! My daughter (18) and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. If we had not had this private tour, we would have missed out on so many interesting and special places. She listened to what questions we had, figured out what might interest us from there and then shared some really cool things. We had a little hiccup meeting with her at first but I think it was down to a cultural/linguistic error where we understood something in parentheses to be a the name of the bell tower but it was actually another building and was an added fact. She waited and when we called they directed us to her easily. Maria Cristina was kind, spoke perfect English, had extra material on her iPad and was just generally knowledgeable and the perfect person to give us our tour. She was very personable and I thought getting this private tour was absolutely worth it.
