Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the boat trip part of the day. We have never had anyone feel sick (or seasick) from this ride in the 10 years we have been doing it, because the water in that area is always so smooth. We will talk to our boat partner, though, about your experience to make sure they understand how you felt. The wind really picked up that day after you began the ride, making it choppy, and I think that the captain just wanted everyone to see this beautiful area without having to fully cancel the trip. I can assure you, though, that this ride did not compromise anyone's safety. That partner of ours takes safety very seriously, as do we. However, it was a serious question of comfort for you, which we regret. We regret that the captain didn't find a way to take you back in as soon as you felt discomfort. We apologize that this ride was not enjoyable for you. As we expressed on the phone, we hope that you and your wife feel better and can accept our apology.
