Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was my daughter’s first time parasailing. She was psyched and had a blast. The first day we were scheduled to parasail was too windy to go up. They made rescheduling a breeze. Very enjoyable experience overall. Staff were very friendly and personable. We will definitely do this again when we return.

This was our first time Parasailing and it was amazing. I'm scared of heights but when I was up there it wasn't scary!! We saw turtles and a shark! A definite thing to do with the family or partner!

The experience was fun! The boat captain was great! HOWEVER, the communication between viator and the parasailing company is terrible. Way overpriced through viator better off buying it at the beach. BUUUUT beware either Viator(TripAdvisor) or Emily the girl at the booth(who had to hold onto my credit card while on the boat) stole our credit card and made $1500 worth of purchases. Nordstrom rack and carbon4cobalt company. Suspicious! Cc company made it right but I recommend using cash. Again the ride was great.

Reservation cancelled by Parasailing Adventure...no refund

Our reservation was cancelled due to weather conditions. I understand that. I called Viator and called the Parasailing company about getting reimbursed. Never got my money back. I would NOT recommend either company!!!

We as a company at Ranalli do not have access to your payment info to issue the full refund when booked through a third party. We always approve the third party to issue these refunds when mother nature takes over the day. If you are still having issues with these please feel free to call us and we will further look into getting your refund in full, from the third-party booking company. We always recommend calling our reservation line directly at 239-565-5700 to avoid this issue and directly book with our company.
