      Don't buy tickets through this tour guide

      I ordered my tickets through viator and when they were emailed to me. There was no time mentioned so I called Ranger Rob. He informed me that Viator was not suppose to collect money and that I needed to cancel the transaction. I let him know if I cancel the transaction I will loss my money. He said to call my bank and ask to cancel the transaction for fraud and then call him back and he will give me a discount. I did not feel comfortable calling him back and giving my bank information again so I could be charged twice. I did not go on the tour due to this and still waiting for my bank to hopefully return the money. Awful !
