You can easily provide us with this contact information through a viator message in advance of your hunt.

Trotting through Galveston

This hunt was active & fun! We learned A LOT about Galveston while we laughed trying to figure out the stops through the clues. You need to be comfortable interacting with some shop owners for "help" - we found everyone to be super kind. The virtual host was helpful and kept us motivated. It's important to know that your captain must have a fully charged phone and can navigate the clues through WhatsApp as this is how the host communicates and how the map is sent. Our family enjoyed our 2 hours! We found the need to drive to portions of the hunt (due to the weather) and there is a lot of walking between a few clues which we expected~Just info for those with mobility needs. We will use this company again!

Not good for handicapped. Description says "as you drive from place to place"... Don't do this tour if you want it to be exclusively driving. Deceptive wording. I asked many questions before and just as the event started but just got the answer of "do what you want to do." I wanted the complete activity I expected to receive. I paid for this tour to escape 100+ degree temperatures because the description showed DRIVING. Please see my attached photo. Credit offered by merchant for a different tour but I am not traveling in the small time window offered.

We were sad that your experience wasn’t better. You didn’t want or get out of your car at all. You can still participate without getting out of your car, as we shared, but you quit the hunt very early on, not letting us facilitate or assist at all. We still offered a complimentary future credit, however. We must register that you are the first guest of tens of thousands among all of our cities to date who has ever wanted to stay in your car the entire time. Still, we could have accommodated you, had you let us - as our games are highly adaptable, accessible for all abilities, and with endless creative freedom allowed. However, you were so rude to our operators that they had no choice other than to ultimately withdraw gracefully. We still will honor your free future credit, despite it all. We will look forward to offering you a top notch experience next time for you for free, should you decide to let us!

Exploring the city and. Interacting with the locals. I do wish that the clues were sent out one at a time - that is after completing and sending in a picture of the first mission then the second clue is sent out. It was a bit overwhelming getting all the clues at once. But our host was very interactive and she made it fun.

When you don’t know much about the city you are in, whether you are a new resident or just traveling, this is an entertaining way to get to know the place! We had a great time exploring Galveston Island and interacting with the locals and our guide. It was fun to see the places that we might not have given much attention to without this. The documentation is handy too! Now we have more pics as a record of our adventure than I would have taken otherwise. I look forward to doing this again in the next city we travel to.
