You will meet “THE Lady In Black” near The corner of 40th street and Broadway ,Halfway down 40th street to the middle of the cemetery where there is a lane dividing the cemetery in half Park on 40th halfway down the block buy the gate

We love this tour! This is our second tour with the Lady in Black and she is the BEST! She gives the best history of Galveston and has such a love and passion for the history city cemetery of Galveston.

Our tour guide Jeff was very knowledgeable about the history of Galveston and the imagery and symbolism of the cemetery. We enjoyed touring the mausoleums and hearing about the mardis gras murder and the woman who killed her family. Not too spooky if you’re thinking of bringing kids.

Excellent Cemetery Tour!

Great tour! Annette was very knowledgeable about Galveston history and ghosts, in a very entertaining way. It was great seeing her photos as well as taking our own. She was SO enthusiastic about seeing what everyone captured on their phones, too. She took her time, was super patient and allowed everyone in the tour to get their turn at seeing everything... a very leisurely paced tour but cram packed with sights, spirits, and stories of the past. I would definitely recommend the cemetery tour!

Loved this tour! Laurie was our tour guide and she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the stories of those laid to rest here. I really appreciated her balance of respect for the dead and interest in paranormal happenings in the cemetery. A spooky, fun way to learn more about the history of Galveston and see some beautiful craftsmanship. This cemetery has some of the most beautiful headstones and mausoleums I've ever seen, and I felt very grateful that we had the opportunity to visit. Highly recommend!

Ghostly cemetery tour

Ryan was so much fun! We really enjoyed our tour through the cemetery. No overwhelming talking. Just enough info to keep everyone interested, along with fun and jokes too. There were 3 of us in our party and we had a great time with the whole group.

Definitely learning about what happened to the Albert family. It was very sad to learn about what happened s to those children. At the beginning, when we were learning about Walmart, my anxiety peaked for no reason. I was just fine when we were looking at pictures and stuff.

Annette was fantastic! Her knowledge of the history of the individuals in the cemetary was super impressive. Myself, my mom and my 9 year old daughter were the only ones on the tour, and she was so patient with the questions, and incessant amd excited talking, from my daughter LOL I would definitely recommend this tour to all my friends.

The history was neat to learn about and the tombstones had a lot of variety. The whole cemetery is huge but we only got to see a very tiny part. There was a lot of stopping and standing around.

Our tour guide Noble was awesome. His knowledge of the islands' history and the history of the those resting in the cemetery was so detailed and he told their stories wonderfully. I would recommend this tour, not only for the reason of seeking a paranormal experience but for the history he is so versed on as well.... make sure you say hello to Albert.

The your was a kick. Noble is a much of a character as the dead folks he tells stories about. It was a little longer than expected, but we had a super interested group with lots of questions and Noble added a few stops for us.
