This is the best way to see the Grand Canyon. The moment you fly from the forest rim down into the canyon was dramatic. The pilot was very informative and safe.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMMUNICATION

The pilot was great, the helicopter ride was beyond surreal. HOWEVER, the listing doesn’t say anything about showing up 45 mins before the time we selected. No communication was sent about this either prior to the schedule, yet we were somehow held responsible for checking and calling them. The lady at the front desk said “well you should have called us to check.” I think that’s the company’s responsibility to provide ALL INFORMATION NEEDED UPFRONT, whether through the Viator listing or a message of some sort. And the lady gave us the nastiest attitude saying “you’re on the verge of missing your flight.” And by the way, the check-in that they required customers to be there 45 mins prior took us a grand 2 MINUTES to complete. We’re happy to comply with whatever is asked of us, but if it’s not communicated properly in any way shape or form, it is absolutely WRONG to hold us accountable for that. Mind you, this trip is NON refundable.
