What To Expect

This flexible Grand Canyon experience begins at a time that works best for you. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of the most-visited national parks in the country—but by booking ahead, you’ll guarantee your admission and minimize hassle on the day.

After making your own way to the Grand Canyon, your pre-booked tickets will give you speedy access. If you selected the general admission option, you’ll have free time to explore the popular West Rim at your own pace. Take a shuttle from stop to stop, and linger at the Eagle Point and Guano Point viewpoints, which offer spectacular views of the landmark. You can also explore the area’s Native American village, watch tribal performances, and buy Native-made souvenirs.

If you select the package that includes admission to the Skywalk, you’ll have guaranteed entry to one of the park’s highlight attractions. Secure your belongings in a locker and then head onto the glass walkway, which extends over the canyon and promises unbeatable views.

Finally, for the most comprehensive package, choose an option that includes Skywalk access as well as included lunch from one of two nearby dining choices: The Guano Point Café or Skywalk Café.

Forever memories.

The majestic feeling of seeing God's creation with my Sweetheart, being seniors with more years behind us than we do ahead, gives our togetherness an eternal moment.

We have nice vacation time and the app helps me to lots. Easy to book and clear instructions. Highly recommended.
Food sucked; Bus driver, PHENOMENAL
Kevin_M, Nov 2024
The food experience was terrible. I asked the lady at the first stop to put American cheese on my grilled chicken sandwich. She told me it only comes with Swiss meanwhile the cheeseburger on the menu is American cheese. Bus driver from Philly was awesome. Go birds.
First time visit to the Grand Canyon
Philip_H, Oct 2024
The overall experience of seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time can’t be overstated. The Sky Walk was interesting, but maybe a bit overrated. Just the awesomeness of the Canyon itself made the trip worth it. A little uneasiness seeing people get dangerously close to the edge, but no one died during our visit. Facilities were clean and the crowds well managed, but finding out the cafe at Eagles Point was closed for remodeling was a disappointment. The food at Guano Point was good, but the offerings at the Zip-line stop were inedible. We splurged for the all too brief helicopter ride to the canyon floor, but we all agreed it was worth it. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Western Rim through Viator. Our advice is to drive on your own if you can and arrive early to avoid the tour bus crowds.

Grand Canyon West has breathtaking views, definitely worth the visit. Skywalk experience was great. Expect a few line ups for skywalk and shuttle buses
Nature's beauty

Walking on the skywalk and looking down seeing the canyon below. And looking to see the beautiful canyon in front of you. WOW!!
Epic
Kim_T, Oct 2024
The Skywalk was epic. Waiting in line was longer than I thought but because they are taking pictures out there, only so many people can be on the walk at any given time
Good day trip from Vegas.
Debbie_B, Sep 2024
We did this day trip from Vegas with friends from Great Britain. It was an easy way to show them the Grand Canyon. The skywalk was cool, a little more of a photo opportunity for the company to take photos to sale you later, so that part was a bit annoying as there were 6 or 7 photographers out there taking pictures really limiting your views. We went on a Monday and we had lines so I can’t imagine what the weekends would be like. All in all, we had fun and the pics are relatively inexpensive and we enjoyed ourselves, so we recommend.

During this time of year just to hot to really enjoy. Disappointed that there are no other places to see the canyon along the way.
Very disappointing experience

It’s 11 days later and I am still waiting for my refund. The trip was advertised as if it was in Las Vegas, only to be told when we asked for directions that it was in Arizona. My friend and I immediately asked for a refund, at the same time, on the same day. She got hers and I haven’t received any feedback on mine. This is very disappointing.

Read the policy first for refund

I didn’t realize I was staying much further away than I had thought when I booked this tour. What’s worse is I didn’t realize this until I got to Arizona the evening before. Cannot get a refund because you have to cancel 24 hours in advance. Which in reality, I paid for services that were never rendered.
View of a lifetime

Great place to visit. Skywalk was amazing again staff were amazingly helpful and the views were fabulous
This is something you have to do as a bucket list life item.
Mark_H, Dec 2023
It was a great adventure. We rented a car and drove from Las Vegas. It was a bit challenging but very worth it.
Do Not Book!!!!
Elizabeth_L, Nov 2023
Because of weather restrictions, the only road leading up to the west entrance was monitored and authorities started to deny individuals access. Now I am being denied a refund for activities we couldn’t partake in. Wouldn’t recommend this site for any of your booking needs. Not worth the hassle.
Fantastic views
