You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

A wonderful experience for all of us. First of all, the staff was great and so patient. Taught us all about the Starfish and stingrays and so many other fish and aqua life. I was really impressed with their love and support and passion for the environment/ecosystems and their beloved ocean/aquatic systems. I highly recommend this adventure. We were ages 6-66 so fun for everyone.

We really enjoyed this excursion for a number of reasons and highly recommend booking this excursion. It may be my favorite I’ve ever done. 1. Approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to get on/off ship with opportunity for shopping after. 2. The owner and crew who run this excursion (Jake, Alex, Alex & Diane) were very professional, took extra care to protect the animals and their habitat and ensure all passengers had clear expectations and rules to keep everyone safe. 3. Everyone got an opportunity to participate in whatever capacity they wanted without judgement or pressure (I.g. Touching rays or snorkeling in deeper water) 4. Great for all ages and even for those who don’t swim well.

How lucky we were that we saw the email telling us that our tour was leaving 4 hours earlier than we booked. It was sent after 11 pm the night before the tour.

We shared we were on the cruise ship and set up time accordingly with our departure from the ship. Nowhere did I get information that the time I was given was different from our ship time. Missed the pickup and our daughter was very upset. I would like a refund.

I was only able to experience the snorkeling part unfortunately because after that I had severe motion sickness. It was awful! But I give them a 5 because the crew was very helpful to me and my son while continuing to make sure everyone else had a fantastic time. They went above and beyond! I hate we weren’t able to enjoy the entirety of the trip but am very appreciative of the crew and others on board. I highly recommend the excursion. My husband and daughter loved it!

Hard to go wrong with 3 stops. Our guides got into the water and made sure everyone had a personal interaction with the stingrays. They also dropped us off at our hotel to save us from a walk which was much appreciated! Would recommend!
