I loved this cruise. The staff was extremely helpful and ensured that persons on boats were engaged. My husband and I took this cruise to learn more about the history of Haarlem and we were not disappointed.

A great trip around the canals with a friendly captain who had some great recommendations. It was a nice taste of Haarlem that we wouldn't have had by just walking.

Nice cruise around Harlaam, although difficult to understand the guide at times although he was trying his best. He did swear quite a bit which shocked us as we had a child with us.

It was lovely, but the only portions in English were recorded. Everything extra the boat driver shared was only in Dutch. Nice man, but wouldn’t recommend for English speakers.

On a last minute adventure to Haarlem, we decided to take a river cruise. The boat was clean and comfortable, but the best part was the narration by our guide to supplement the recorded audio. The staff members were both very friendly and we learned a lot about Haarlem. Thank you!!

We were informed when we boarded the boat that our guide did not speak English and the automated system would be our guide. Unfortunately, this made the tour quite boring as there was no ability to ask questions about the area. I wish that we would have been informed that tours were not offered in other languages prior to booking.
The boat was also quite hot as we were not able to open the windows.

Really well informed captain made the trip enjoyable and informative. Plenty to see outside of the centre of town.
Would have liked to have gone around the town a bit more, hut I think that's covered on the 50 minute cruise.

Was happy until had to keep adding word to this section before I could give a 4 star rating almost didn’t bother because of it.
