This excursion was absolutely amazing, until the end when the tour guide claimed he was not paid for his services and did not know the owner of the tour company. After I was able to reach my hotel and get in contact with the tour agency, they confirmed that payment was previously provided, and what the tour guide claimed he did not receive was meant for as a tip. I was so annoyed and disappointed by the entire interaction that I was going to request a partial refund. There are many other companies through the hotels that offer this tour, for cheaper.

we thank you for doing business with us but we have a question for you: Why are you doing this? we think it will be nice if you have a company that provides this same service, you can register and promote it as we do for our company but don't bother to lie just to destroy our business for the sole purpose of promoting yours! Tourists are not fools, through your comment they can see your little game. Naughty !!
