Meet at our Riverside Outpost 3299 Hartford Road, Hartford, TN 37753. We will transport you to the put-in, and you will raft back to the Outpost. All customers are required to check in 45 minutes before your trip schedule. It is very important to be there on time .

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

RJ was an excellent guide! Felt totally safe all the time and enjoyed the various rapids. We had a very difficult time finding the place. We booked through Viator and the actual name of the company providing the tour was next to impossible to find. We followed the address on the website and ended up at the wrong venue! Viator needs to make the venue’s name obvious and the venue needs better signage. Once we got there, the experience was great.

This is what we called our senior citizens white water rafting trip. My 58th birthday and other than my son I was the youngest :) It was so fun, even my husband who can't swim a lick faced his fears and did great. No one fell out of the boat, you have the option to get into a spin on the rapids which we did 2 times. That was fun. The guides are well trained. We had Alex (female) she was very good at guiding us down the river and full of knowledge about the area.. Def reccommend as a thing to do while in Tennessee will be going again.. Hubby says No been there done that I am good. Buy the pictures best 50$ you will spend on your trip!!

A beautiful day away from all the traffic and commercialism in Pigeon Forge. Steve our guide was awesome. Great day on the river. Recommend and would definitely do it again!

Our guide Eli was fantastic. Nobody fell overboard so he doesn't have to do alot of paperwork lol! All jokes aside I'd 100% do this again.

Bryce was the guy, the entire trip, he was part of the family. Great conversation and informative. This guys deserves a raise I gave him $30 tip, for the hospitality, and for meeting a new friend.
