Everything about this...
James_F, Dec 2023
Everything about this tour was moving and memorable. We are so glad we took the tour. Our bus driver was wonderful and appreciated.
Great trip
holtarzewska, Nov 2023
The driver was excellent . Very interesting way of talking about Pearl Harbour. Also very knowledgeable and passionate about the topic.
Disappointed
Kristy_H, Oct 2023
I was disappointed with our tour. We were picked up at the designated pick up spot and then proceeded to pick up at other hotels. The tour had already purchased tickets to the Arizona memorial at 1:15. By the time we got to Pearl Harbor we only had about 30 minutes to look at everything. By the time got through seeing the Arizona we had to load back up. I feel like they should have picked us up earlier to have time to look at more things. I was very rushed.
Response from Host, Nov 2023
We are sorry to hear that you felt rushed and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for the feedback which allows us to continually improve. Mahalo!
The visit to Pearl Harbor...
Jeffrey_G, Oct 2023
The visit to Pearl Harbor and the Punchbowl Cemetery were everything that was expected. However, other members of the bus tour group made the outing unenjoyable, as you were unable to hear the bus driver/tour guide giving the information throughout the city tour. If you are not interested in the entire tour experience don’t sign up for this tour and then ruin for everyone else.

Aloha - we are sorry to hear about your experience but glad you enjoyed the tour. Mahalo for sharing your feedback.
Overbooked Tour
frank_f, Oct 2023
The trip would have been great if the tour guide arrived on time. We were supposed to be picked up at 11:45am, he didn't arrive until 12:45pm. He made four stops ahead of us and the bus was full. We did get to Pearl Harbor and see the Arizona but that was all the time we had before we had to leave. To go back to our hotel we had to sit in the bus while he dropped off all of the other passengers taking forever to get back. This tells me the tour was over booked. It was not, I repeat not the fault of the driver who was good. It was your company's fault. I will not use you again.
Response from Host, Oct 2023
Mahalo for your feedback, we've shared it with our management team for appropriate follow-up.
Stick to the original ticket Time
VickyJ_M, Oct 2023
If a tour operator makes an optional suggestion of going in the standby line for Pearl Harbor tickets, don’t do it. I should’ve stuck with my original viator ticket time because then I would’ve had full time to walk around the Pearl Harbor visitor center, see the movie and go on the memorial boat ride at the assigned ticket time. As it was, mostly everybody on the tour van voted to go to the standby line for an earlier boat and leave Pearl Harbor early to get back to Waikiki early due to very bad festival traffic. However not all the guests came back to the tour van at the same time. Lots of time was wasted sitting in the van waiting for other guests to arrive. Other than that, we had a safe, friendly driver and went to and from Pearl Harbor without issue.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate you choosing to tour with us. Mahalo!
Saluting Sailors and Praying Monks
Myrna_Y, Oct 2023
Upon arrival to the Memorial, a ship was docking and seeing all the sailors on board lined up and saluting the memorial was truly touching. Also witnessing a group of Tibetan monks praying inside at the wall of names.
Pearl Harbor experience
Johnny_H, Sep 2023
Visiting park and all the different sites explaining the history of Pearl Harbor, the experience was very emotional
Not worth it.
mspringer, Aug 2023
I loved going to Pearl Harbor but I could have done it on my own. If you rent a car , then venture off and do it yourself. Our driver added absolutely nothing to this experience except get us from point a to point b. When we arrived to it the military people explained everything even answered my kids questions and gave my youngest son a Navel Badge. That meant everything to me. Definitely go, but go on your own.
Response from Host, Sep 2023
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our guided tour didn't meet your expectations. Our aim is to enhance the visitor's experience by providing historical context, insights, and convenience. It's heartwarming to hear that the military personnel at Pearl Harbor were able to make your visit memorable. Mahalo.

Perfect family experience
Lupe_S, Jul 2023
We had great experience. We received text letting us know pick up would be later than original plan. I call for confirmation we were correct spot customer service representative was very helpful. My family truly enjoy, the driver was very knowledgeable.
Not worth it for a pearl harbor tour
Cindy_D, Jul 2023
The tour was really not worth much. The only reason to use this company was to get a reservation to get into the uss Arizona. The city tour was not worth it. We spent most of the time picking up different partys to join the group. They would do better, just heading straight to the pearl harbor visitors center, so you have time to actually see things while there.
Pearl Harbour never disappoints
Tracy_M, Jun 2023
Sharing the experience with mum on her first overseas trip at 88 years old. Always so moving at Pearl Harbour.
First Time Trip
AnnaMarie_V, Jun 2023
First time to the island and it was important to me and my family to visit and pay respect at Pearl Harbor! It was a nice experience! Cousin Guy was a very informative tour guide! Only suggestion is eat before you go! There is no place to eat food when you are there. Just a snack bar that serves chips and soda etc.
knowledgeable
Trulus_C, May 2023

Great tour
Cinda_T, May 2023
Pearl Harbor very sobering experience. "Cousin Fred" great driver & wealth of information. All around great tour.
Greatest History Lesson Ever
Christina_B, May 2023
We found the Pearl Harbor Tour to be such a great learning experience. From the history lesson provided by the bus driver to the intro at the Theater, to the memorial itself. This was an awesome trip, sad but nevertheless I'm really happy we went. The only part I didn't like was how the female sailor yelled at 2 people who couldn't find a seat on the boat. Those 2 people came with us, but got kicked off they had no seats. They didn't have seats because a family who didn't come with us jumped on our boat taking their seats.
A Must Do Tour
Debra_F, Apr 2023
We visited via a tour. It was a little rushed but in the time we had there we managed a walk through the museums, a trip out to the USS Arizona and the 26 minute movie about that fateful day. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and totally recommend the tour. After the visit to Pearl Harbour we got to see the war graves and given so very good information along the way. We also had time to have a short stop at the statue of one of their Kings. All in all apart from the 20 minute delay at the start that made the Pearl Harbour visit a little rushed we 100% enjoyed the tour
Somber
Sherry_C, Apr 2023
Our driver was extremely knowledgeable. He made the experience very interesting. The entire experience at the USS Arizona was one everyone should see. Although a somber one, extremely informative. Wish we had a little more time, felt a little rushed. We Must Never Forget!
USS Arizona/Pearl Harbor tour
Keri_G, Jan 2023
Our tour guide, Moana, was awesome! We learned a lot about Hawaiian history. Pearl Harbor/USS Arizona Memorial is a must do. Very touching experience. Two tips once you get there: See the movie before the Memorial if you can. It will make your time on Arizona even more meaningful. Also, if you have a lei, you can bring it and put the flowers in the water. It shows both a sign of respect and a way to thank those who sacrificed their life that are still "buried" inside the ship.
