Was supposed to include aviation museum, and the description said so, but never got aviation museum tickets. It’s Viator’s fault for poorly describing the offering. The driver did a great job showing us the sights and getting us setup for success for visiting the Arizona memorial and battleship Missouri. Royal star did the fingerpointing to Viator for misleading description.

We purchased the Deluxe tour which included Arizona Memorial, tour of Missouri and city tour in transit. Transportation and all admittance fees were included. Great way to experience the Pearl Harbor Memorial without worrying about getting there, ticket puchases and logistics.

We enjoyed our trip to Pearl Harbor. The bus tour of Honolulu and the Punchbowl cemetery was a good complement to seeing Pearl Harbor. Lola was a fun guide. We toured the USS Missouri and the Arizona memorial. The cost to visit Pearl Harbor is MUCH less than the cost of the Viator tour. But if you’re on Oahu, without a car, taking this tour allows you to leave the details to them.

The tour was very well planned, it has uss arizona and Missouri tour plus downtown history. However, the driver plus tour guide we had was not very professional. He left us behind at the museum with our stuff on bus just because we were stuck in line. The other driver was much more professional and was able to help us solve the issue.

Actually being on the memorial was outstanding. Our tour guide, Lola, was very informative and personable. The National Park Service rep at the front gate on 5/15 at 9am was ridiculously rude to guests, who may never another chance to go. Such a shame!

We had purchased the Arizona, Missouri, Pearl harbor and aviation museum and although they sent the correct tickets, their system only showed visiting the Arizona. This caused a lot of confusion for a lot of different people and really detracted from our experience. The whole situation was a cluster, and I will leave it at that.
