Pick up time varies from 7:30 am to 10:30 am depending on the availability of tickets to the USS Arizona. You will receive a text message the evening before your tour with your finalized pick up time and additional important information about visiting Pearl Harbor.

Pearl Harbor National Memorial doesn't allow tour guides to go the USS Arizona memorial with passengers therefore for this portion of your tour, the tour guide will wait for you.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

A very crowded and chaotic

The Viator part was very good. Our driver and guide, Riley, was absolutely terrific! One of the very best guides we have had! The very disappointing part was the Arizona memorial site. The place was overwhelmed with tourists and chaos. There was nothing “small group tour” about it once we departed your tour van. The area where we boarded the boat as total mayhem. We will not be recommending this to friend, but we will be recommending Viator to friends. All of our communication with your company were excellent.

Great way to spend the morning

We didn’t have much time to take in all the sites during our trip so this tour suited us perfectly. Comfortable van and our tour guide Noelina personalised the experience with heaps of information and trivia about the island, she also escorted us into the venue to make sure we got the most of our time.

Great tour if you’re looking to see the Arizona Memorial, Punchbowl Cemetery and other historic sites on the way. Our tour guide Noelani was a local and very knowledgeable and experienced. Great, efficient tour!

Thanks to Noelani we had a great tour. We breezed right in and were on the ferry to the Memorial in minutes. Also, just the right amount of time to efficiently go through the museums and grounds before heading to the Punchbowl and then downtown. We learned a lot!

A Tour Everyone Should Experience

Rick is an outstanding tour guide and made our experience much more informative. The private tour experience is definitely worth it. Due to regulations with the National Park service, Rick couldn't walk through the USS Arizona with us, but he gave us many great tips for getting the most out of the experience.
