Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. A day prior between 12pm - 4pm local time all travelers with U.S phone numbers will receive a text message, International travelers will receive an email message with all pick up details.

Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Poor communication through the aviator app and cancellation of tour.

The tour I booked was cancelled and I was put onto another tour at a lower cost however the company explained this as an upgrade. They only messaged through Viator and the email was not sent via the app until after the tour date. Whilst the tour we got swapped to was ok it was not what I wanted for travelling with a 7 yr old. If I had of had contact 3 days prior like the company messaged through Viator and the messge was delivered I would have declined the change and cancelled and made our own way to Dole which was the whole point of choosing this tour. Dissapointed in the whole experience.

The company was hard to get a hold of and we switched hotels and tried to communicate this to the company by text and email but it was unsuccessful and our guide went to our old hotel first and was over an hour late to get us. He was very nice and flexible however he didn’t seem to know where he was going most of the time and we spent more time in the car than not. It felt a bit disorganized and we were all feeling carsick and tired of all the traffic and decided to shorten our tour and didn’t even do the hike

Excellent choice to see the other part of the island, away from the city life. We paid for a shared tour, but ended up with a private tour, as no one else came. The driver was going to be late, but the company called to keep us informed. Our tour guide, Daniel, was great. Because it was only us, we had an opportunity to ask anything and Daniel answered to the best of his ability. He was very kind and friendly. The tour took us to the other side of the island, the countryside to some beautiful scenic areas. Great tour. Would recommend it if you want to see anothet side besides the city.
