What To Expect

You’ll need to plan ahead to make sure you arrive on time for this exciting cruise if you prefer to drive yourself. Pickup from Waikiki hotels is available, likely the most convenient option as the Wai’anae Small Boat Harbor meeting point is an hour’s drive away without traffic.

Once you arrive at the harbor, prepare for a day filled with fun, beginning with a dolphin encounter in their natural habitat. Don’t dry off too quickly; after playing with the dolphins, you’ll snorkel with sea turtles and other sea life.

Wave goodbye to these native creatures, but not to your day. You’ve still got time to enjoy your free lunch bento box, ride a 20-foot long water slide, row a kayak, and test your balance on a stand up paddleboard. This nearly 4-hour adventure ends with a drive back to your hotel.

In my opinion the host was disrespectful. She clearly didn’t know how to work on the tourism industry, because someone who does understands that there are many cultures and you HAVE TO respect all of them. She was disrespectful with a couple not from the US. Also there were some moments of “tension” where she clearly didn’t know how to handle stress. Very unprofessional. The actual tour was good but the host was just VERY annoying I was bothered about her.

Great experience. Crew was lovely, had great energy. Zoey really helped with our little ones. Whole crew was fantastic. We got her sea sick as the ocean was super choppy so our littles threw up a tone. Don’t feed right before trip.

The entire crew was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We got to see a whale, a couple pods of dolphins and a ton of fish snorkeling. The dolphin even came by us and swam around under us. Unbelievable to see that happen. Definitely worth the time and money. The west side of the island is amazing.

Disappointment and rude person

The interpreter Koa basically called me a liar. I was supposed to get a peanut butter sandwich, just peanut butter. The lady I ordered from said she would get me just a peanut butter sandwich with out jelly. My daughter can't eat jelly. Koa said said he works in the office and they don't do that. Well he wasn't on the phone with me when I ordered. My daughter did not eat. If I would have known, I would have brought her lunch. I don't appreciate someone calling me a liar. It really upset me and ruined the rest of the day for me. We didn't get much swimming time which was a disappointment. We wanted to have more swimming time. I think Koa just ruined for me and my family. Very rude.

The dolphins views are great. The snorkeling and other water activities (water slide) were fun with sufficient time to enjoy the activities. The crew were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They were great at taking care of their passengers.

The tour started late and ended early. The staffs were friendly and nice. The animal watch was not bad and the view along the way was great too. A lot of water activities were provided. However, the slide and equipments looked much older than the ad pictures. The provided lunch was tasty.

My husband was cut his finger bleeding while trying to be on a kayak and the person (whose name is Ben) was standing there never assisted my husband to get on it, watching him and didn’t help him. Plus the time being in the water was short in order to experience kayak and other available water activities.

If you’re looking for a good first time snorkeling experience this is it! Had so much fun! Got to see dolphins couple turtles and a ton of sea life! Even seen a couple whales! The crew was amazing! Although you’re not guaranteed to get the same people I’m sure any tour would be worth it! Xai Ryan Ben Tita Joe & Enna were awesome! And seriously purchase the photo package especially if it’s with Sway you will not be disappointed!! Our pictures turned out amazing. Definitely will be doing this again maybe even other tours that they offer on different parts of the island!

Fantastic crew and snorkeling equipment provided for free, even prescription goggles and fins. Do make sure to bring reef-safe sunblock. Faith, Ingrid, and Jeremy went above and beyond to help us out and we had a wonderful time. Will definitely do this again!

Fun experience for the whole family

This was a fun trip with the family. It took about an hour and a half to get there from our Waikiki hotel. Sway was entertaining and gave us a lot of information on the way. He also recommended other places we should visit during our tour. (Waterfalls and Hiking areas). Once you get on the boat, the party begins. Jeremy and crew take over the entertainment while Captain Joe takes you out looking for dolphins. We spotted some dolphins and some pygmy killer whales which was pretty cool. After an hour, they stop the boat and get everyone ready for snorkeling. You don't go too far from the boat, so it's great for the kids as well. My 12 and 10 year old daughters loved it. While you are snorkeling, they set up the waterslide. They also have paddle boats you can use. After about an hour of that, you pack up and start heading back. You go pretty slow and they have a few surprises for you on the way back. Go ahead and get the photo package with this trip. Sway did a great job with getting photos of me and my family during the trip. As far as time, for the 11am tour, we were picked up in Waikiki around 9:10 and arrived back at our hotel around 4:15pm. Overall great experience and I highly recommend you go ahead and book this tour.
