Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. A day prior between 12pm - 4pm local time all travelers with U.S phone numbers will receive a text message, International travelers will receive an email message with all pick up details.

- Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The tour was awesome.We had a great tour guide we were given enough time to see everything. FYI watch the pearl Harbor movie 1st. You are not allowed to bring anything into peal harbor memorial but water or if your items are stored in a clear bag. The battle ship tour was great alot of climbing and ducking small space.
The food at the battle ship is ok

Was not a tour but a taxi. Driver was very friendly and shared a few details but just dropped us off at the pearl harbor exhibit and again at the battleship. I was anticipating a guided tour of each not just a drive. Paid 300 for a free exhibit..

It was an awesome experience and we were celebrating my wife 50th Birthday and she really had an amazing time. The staff greeting her "Happy Birthday" throughout the tour and she was given special attention and greeting. It was her first time in Hawaii and on this trip, and she now appreciated the history and story of Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial & Battleship Missouri.

Our tour guide Arthur was knowledgeable and entertaining. We really appreciated the convenience of the USS Arizona boat tickets being a part of the tour so we could avoid the standby line because this trip was a last minute decision for us. Doing both the USS Arizona and the USS Missouri back-to-back really put into perspective the immensity of a sunken battleship. My 10 year olds love all things military and soaked in all of the knowledge shared by Arthur, the National Park Rangers (one of my kiddos got a JR Ranger pin from a Ranger) and other tour guides.
