Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. A day prior between 12pm - 4pm local time all travelers with U.S phone numbers will receive a text message, International travelers will receive an email message with all pick up details.

Don’t waste your money

I spent 482us on my party of 7 to go to this tour. They are basically a taxi to and from Pearl Harbor and tell you things about their history along the road. The tour is 4 hours and we spent 1 hour picking up other passengers, left about 21/2hrs to stay at Pearl Harbor before the pick up time. There is NOT a tour guide. Entrance is free. I booked this tour bc no tickets available online for USS Arizona Memorial but there is a waiting list that we signed up by mistake and got a spot in less than 5 min. You have to pay for every museum you go approx. 20usd/person. Without this tour I would spent in taxi about 80usd for my party of 7 from and to the airport (as we went only for 1 day) and 8usd per person riding a Trolley to go around the city. Much cheaper. Ro Ro our driver was very nice but not worthy almost 500 usd this “tour”.

A good tour but watch the pickup times

This is a good trip but be aware that the pickup time Viator states is not accurate. Apparently the tour company doesn’t control the ticket times it receives. Our stated time was 10:30am earliest to 11:30am latest which we chose deliberately. Our pickup time was 12 noon which was a bit too late for us and we only found out at about 5:30pm the day before, so it was too late to change it and the tour company told us there was no option for an alternative or a refund. Then they rang us annoyed that we weren’t ready to go, almost 10 minutes early! The tour itself is good. We could have done with a little more time to see all of the museum and grounds but it’s well organised. You do a short tour of the city afterwards as well, which we didn’t expect but it was interesting.
