Hotel PICKUPS CAN START EARLIER THAN THE OFFICIAL DEPARTURE TIME depending on your pick up location!! *PLEASE CHECK your email box and/or phone for confirmation details regarding your actual pick up time! Please let us know the FULL NAME of the actual Waikiki hotel where you are staying in the comment section as soon as you are able to. Once we receive your booking, our reservationists will automatically assign the closest pickup location for you. (Or IF you are not staying in a hotel, then please provide a street address for your accommodation.) If you don't know your hotel yet, no problem, we will just assign the default Ala Moana hotel pickup for you and you can change it anytime up to 24 hours before the tour departure time. You will get a written confirmation from us including your pickup time and your exact pickup location with maps and photographs of the meeting area. Please look for this message from us in your booking agent's message board and/or in your personal email box to see your detailed pickup instructions. We leave the Waikiki area by 7:45 AM but hotel pick-ups start as early as 7:00 AM depending on your pick up location. *PLEASE CHECK your email box for confirmation details regarding your actual pick up time! Tour ends at 5:45 PM . Drop offs then begin and might go until 6:30 PM depending on your drop off location. *We only pickup from select Waikiki hotels. We do not pickup from hotels located on the west or north side of the island (like KoOlina, Disney, Aulani, Four Seasons, Turtle Bay).
What To Expect
Your morning starts with pickup from your Waikiki hotel—or your assigned Waikiki meeting point—between 7–7:45am. Board your panoramic touring bus and start your island tour: The driver mans the wheel while the guide narrates for a safer, livelier ride.
There’s no need to worry about extra charges: All entrance fees are included. See the ocean roaring through the Halona Blowhole; take a stroll on Sandy Beach; enjoy sweeping vistas with a dash of history at the Nu’uanu Pali lookout; tour the Byodo-In Buddhist temple; and inhale views of Mokoli’i Island.
After all that action, it’s time for your included lunch. Visit a shrimp farm and feast on shrimp, fish, chicken, or a veggie option. After some bird-watching, discover the Waimea Valley with its dazzling waterfall and lush flower gardens, before you continue to the Dole Plantation pineapple farm. You’re back at your pickup point between 5:45–6:30pm.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Excellent and comprehensive tour of beautiful Oahu! Our guide Noakai was an incredible guide. He is not only a licensed guide but a native Hawaiian, an ecologist, and proud and passionate about Oahu and his culture. We learned so much about the beautiful Oahu as well as history, economics, agriculture, and nature.
I am partially disabled and walk with a cane. Noakai offered my husband and I the front seat when we got on the almost full bus. He took very good care of me and the tour attendees. He didn’t pressure anyone to walk the full mile to and from Waimea falls. There isn’t a lot of walking and you get to see a lot, I mean almost the entire Island! Please make sure you ask for Noakai when booking this tour as he was an incredible guide.

Kind of subdued. I was hoping to see a better show. In the darkness I could barely see what was going on on the stage. Too much talking not enough dancing, dances mostly from Tahiti and Samoa. Food very average. Staff very friendly.

We had a very good day travelling with Kaino around the island. The itinerary was good and Kaino very knowledgeable and shared personal stories giving us insight into Hawaiian history,culture and daily life. He was respectful and proud of his culture. So glad we did this tour.

Overall this was a great tour and experience. Brandon our tour guide made it fun and educational. There were lots of stops to get out stretch your legs and view the scenery, there was also a tasty shrimp lunch included. If you’re not a fan of shrimp there were other options to choose from.
My wife and I would do this tour again.

Waimea Falls & Botanical Gardens🌺 my Yes only wish was to go swimming under the waterfall and was unable to do to the tour guide saying about the bacteria! But there was so many other people swimming I should’ve just gone in.☹️

It is best not to swim in Hawaiian waterfalls to protect your health.

Outstanding excursion! Our tour guide, Brandon, was very knowledgeable of the island. He talked nonstop throughout the entire trip and gave some great information of the areas we passed through (history, culture, plant-life, animals, trivial information, and personal experiences). Highly recommend this tour. The only negative about the tour was the Waimea Arboretum. The Viator site says, “There is a paved path…that provides easy walking access to the waterfall”. The path is not easy walking. There are several uphill spots that are not easy walking, especially for the many senior citizens on the tour. Many turned back before getting to the falls. The site does provide a shuttle to and from the falls, but it costs $10 each way. The cost is not mentioned in the Viator site description, and many bailed out of the shuttle when they found out about the cost.
