Aweful! Never showed up. Never responded to written messages. Never answered. Refund has not been processed. DO NOT book with them.

The driver never showed up. We tried to contact the company trough WhatsApp, text messages and email, to no avail. Even though we had communicated trough the same means two days earlier.
After waiting for over an hour we had to get alternative transportation a t a higher rate. We demand a refund and have not yet received any communication at all.
